Hi I have pan number and e-pan but i lost the physical card ...my date of joining is 16th of August will they hold my joining? .... although i have applied for physical card few days back it is taking some time... please help me in this quite emergency... actually they are telling that they will download e-pan on date of joining but my pan card application is still pending

I'm 2011 MBA pass out, but not having the Degree certificate.. I had applied for it... but yet not received from the university. My joining is on 8-Jul-2024, will they delay my joining in this case? or I can get the buffer time to submit this degree certificate or can submit an affidavit or self declaration form? please suggest.
