Yes sometime they will reach out to your previous manager and ask the basic stuffs. But it's not related to roles and responsibilities. So you dont need to worry about it

If you have the proper document for that Company like joining letter and the relieving letter then there should not be issue . To get it corrected , please contact the HR of that company and ask them to correct it

Hi Bro, the first copany i worked as a contract employe and I have all the doc related to releving and the experience and that company doesn't have PF for contract employees. and joined the second company on dec 23rd but the first company contract end date is 31dec same they have mentioned in the relieving letter and my second company didn't consider that 6 month as experirince and i went as a fresher. Will this overlap of 7 days cause any problem in by bgc? if so what can i do. Name of the University changes sometimes and it should not be an issue because what they will validate is the name of your institution when your were studying there and by records they will find out what was the name back then

If you have given the attested marksheets then that should not be much issue. Just inform them about the situation. Even we provide original marksheets, they will validate that too from your college. Hi Sir. Thank you for your video. Post graduation, i served for 4 months in MNC BPO. I surrendered my ID card and submitted a letter deniying the notice period and probably my profile might have marked absconding. I kickstarted my career as a fresher in another MNC and have proper documentation and got Selected for TCS now. Since, I did not have PF deducted and no UAN from the BPO, i never revealed it to TCS HR. Will this be caught in BGV evwn if i didn't have UAN and PF deducted ?
Chances of getting this caught is very less. Don't worry on this. You just need to have a proper documentation related to your employer engaged in PF Wish you all the best
Hello, I was working in company A and within 22 days I left the company by sending resignation letter. I was in training period so was not suppose to serve notice period but company A created pf account. Then joined company B as a fresher and now going to tcs with exp of B. I am not showing exp of A comapny but communicated everything with my HR and not hide anything from my HR. Company A has given me f and f letter. Tcs also marked company A as irrelevant exp. Now will my bgc fail as I dont have exp or releiving letter for compAny A.

If they ask for your pf account then you can say you don't have one because you didn't opt for the pf in your previous account. You should get ur marksheet from the college to avoid such confusions and stress at the last moment

I know im late but i want help in this TCS states criteria to be 7cgpa OR 70% my university gives marksheet based on cgpa which is 7+ for me, but when i convert to percentage it gets less than 70, will they reject my offer letter? Don't assume anything unless the offer is released. Many things can happen at last moment . Sometimes it takes just weeks and sometimes it may take months to get the offer letter . Do they start doing employment verification with address verification or they do it later after we join tcs and submit exp letter of previous company. And one more thing do they check roles and responsibilities as well?
They don't check your last roles and responsibilities. They will first start with the address verification followed by your past employment verification. If your notice period is less than 3 months then there is high chance that your BgV process might not complete. In this case, tcs will not delay your joining. No that will not be an issue on the BGV checks. Actually in this case you might find issues while working . You have to show that you can work on this technology.

Brother, ideally that should not create much issue as the mistake is only on the degree certificate. But i would suggest you to contact the college admin team and get it corrected ASAP to get away from any unnecessary stress . Hi Sir , during salary negotiation with hr i have told them an approx amount which is more than my written ctc because in my ctc document target bonus is 5 percent but actually we get bonus way more that , last 2 year i got 15 and 22 perccent , so i explained them this and wanted to negotiated on an approx amount. they did not ask me for any proof that time , in the bgv form however i have given the written amount in ctc document and i have attached all necessary documents and all.can it cause any problem . please reply , thanks in advance

You can't initiate the bgc process by urself. You will get an email to upload all the documents. Tcs will initiate it and you will get an email with all the details.if they have not yet started it, it's delay at their end . You don't need to worry. Wish you all the best

@@bijaynitd08 Sir making changes in educational documents is a very long process and it may takes upto several months maybe a year as well so can i carry a supporting document like gazette of India for Educational Documents and in that it will state like both the person are same. I will not be having it for June month as my current company stops paying me. As HR asked me to upload the last 3 months salary slip on iBegin, I uploaded till May. Don't worry much brother. If Hr comes back and asks for the last moment salary slip, just explain him your situation and they will guide you better as per the tcs policy . Designation will be mentioned on the relieving and the experience letter from your previous company. I am sure during verification they do cross check all these details from your previous HR
Hello Sir, my query is when i have done the registration on tcs ibegin portal at that time i was working in my previous organization( i.e. in the month of January) so in the work details under registration tab i selected i am currently working, but then after clearing the interview hr told me to upload the documents i uploaded the same every documents now i also received the Offer letter my bgc is going on but problem is that registration under work details is still counting that i am working till now and i am not having access to edit before also and now also what can i do? Will it create any problem btw i uploaded genuine experience letter of my previous organization and it is verified. Absolutely not. The only criteria is your CV and the interview process. If you basically update the skills that you self learnt in your resume and you later clear the technical interview aswll then there is no further checking .

Yes sometime they will reach out to your previous manager and ask the basic stuffs. But it's not related to roles and responsibilities. So you dont need to worry about it
Hi sir, i have a total 2.8 years of experience( including first 1 year of full time apprenticeship + 1.8 year as a employee) in the same company (ltimindtree) . Hi i gave TCS interview last Saturday via walk in,TR and MR both they took same day and told they will send offfe letter this week after document verification, my documents seems verified and one HR called me today for adhar id verification but in that they again took one TR round and told they need to review my profile once again who took interview initially and get back in TCS portal my candidature showing profile created ,does it mean they send rejection mail after sending selected mail.
Hi, rejection after walk in selection is very rare. I would suggest you to call the recruiter, the HR and ask him in detail what is going on . He should be the right person to give clarity. We can only sit and make an assumption here.

the first copany i worked as a contract employe and I have all the doc related to releving and the experience and that company doesn't have PF for contract employees. and joined the second company on dec 23rd but the first company contract end date is 31dec same they have mentioned in the relieving letter and my second company didn't consider that 6 month as experirince and i went as a fresher.

Name of the University changes sometimes and it should not be an issue because what they will validate is the name of your institution when your were studying there and by records they will find out what was the name back then

Incorrect father name or address in epfo will not have any issues. So nothing to worry .you can work in background to get it corrected.

If you have given the attested marksheets then that should not be much issue. Just inform them about the situation. Even we provide original marksheets, they will validate that too from your college.

Hi Sir. Thank you for your video. Post graduation, i served for 4 months in MNC BPO.
I surrendered my ID card and submitted a letter deniying the notice period and probably my profile might have marked absconding.
I kickstarted my career as a fresher in another MNC and have proper documentation and got Selected for TCS now.
Since, I did not have PF deducted and no UAN from the BPO, i never revealed it to TCS HR. Will this be caught in BGV evwn if i didn't have UAN and PF deducted ?
Chances of getting this caught is very less. Don't worry on this. You just need to have a proper documentation related to your employer engaged in PF

Hello,
I was working in company A and within 22 days I left the company by sending resignation letter. I was in training period so was not suppose to serve notice period but company A created pf account.
Then joined company B as a fresher and now going to tcs with exp of B. I am not showing exp of A comapny but communicated everything with my HR and not hide anything from my HR. Company A has given me f and f letter. Tcs also marked company A as irrelevant exp.
Now will my bgc fail as I dont have exp or releiving letter for compAny A.
It should not create any issue .

If they ask for your pf account then you can say you don't have one because you didn't opt for the pf in your previous account.

But now I am trying by removing that fake experience which I kept before. What can tell them if they question modifications in experiences?

Do they start doing employment verification with address verification or they do it later after we join tcs and submit exp letter of previous company. And one more thing do they check roles and responsibilities as well?
They don't check your last roles and responsibilities.
They will first start with the address verification followed by your past employment verification. If your notice period is less than 3 months then there is high chance that your BgV process might not complete. In this case, tcs will not delay your joining. They will ask you to join and parallely the BgV also happens.

No that will not be an issue on the BGV checks. Actually in this case you might find issues while working . You have to show that you can work on this technology.

Brother, ideally that should not create much issue as the mistake is only on the degree certificate. But i would suggest you to contact the college admin team and get it corrected ASAP to get away from any unnecessary stress . If this will take time then at least get a confirmation from college on email that yes there is a spelling mistake in one of your certificate. It's always good to be on the safer side .

If you are joining as fresher, it will be mostly education documents from 10th to Btech and your documents related to your identity like adhar, pan and passport

Hi Sir , during salary negotiation with hr i have told them an approx amount which is more than my written ctc because in my ctc document target bonus is 5 percent but actually we get bonus way more that , last 2 year i got 15 and 22 perccent , so i explained them this and wanted to negotiated on an approx amount. they did not ask me for any proof that time , in the bgv form however i have given the written amount in ctc document and i have attached all necessary documents and all.can it cause any problem . please reply , thanks in advance
If they Have given you an offer then later it will not create any issues. So I don't think there is much to worry about here . Wish you all the best

I'm a fresher who got offer letter, When I was filling application form to apply for TCS, I made one mistake in the application form that did not mention study break of 1 year and right now in BGC I'm unable to upload my gap affidavit on BGC form as the BGC form option is not available to upload gap affidavit, at present I have submitted my documents and unable to edit it.
What should i do sir? Will I be terminated for false information. I have also written mail to onboarding team but no reply
This should not be much of an issue. You can drop an email to the recruiter stating the same and recruiter will take it to the BGV team

Hi one of my friend facing issue , he has joined one company that was his his first company but he left that in one day with resignation mail PF is generated. He doesn't have any salary slip or experience letter will it effect BGV process is still going
Salary slip is needed. Just inform the recruiter of new company about the same and he will definitely tell you what needs to be done .

I have completed my onboarding process on tcs portal. Now how should i initiate the bgc process? Hr is not responding to my calls. I dont know what to do next.
You can't initiate the bgc process by urself. You will get an email to upload all the documents. Tcs will initiate it and you will get an email with all the details.if they have not yet started it, it's delay at their end . You don't need to worry.

@@NIKITA_SANGAM it's their headache . You don't need to worry about it . You just need to submit all the details and documents on time once you get the email for bgv. Just don't delay things on your end . Don't worry about joining, even if the bgv is not completed, tcs will onboard you and then the bgv will go parallely

I had given resignation on paper as they didn't even provided email id as well to the employees and we don't have notice period as well. I didn't mentioned this experience in TCS ibegin portal

there is a mistake in the middle name in govt document the name is correct that is Khadarvali but in educational document H is missing

This can create an issue . You should start the process to correct your name on educational certificates ASAP.
@@bijaynitd08 Sir making changes in educational documents is a very long process and it may takes upto several months maybe a year as well so can i carry a supporting document like gazette of India for Educational Documents and in that it will state like both the person are same.

Hi Sir, I will be getting the offer letter at the end of this month till 30th June. I have all salary slips of my current company till May. I will not be having it for June month as my current company stops paying me. As HR asked me to upload the last 3 months salary slip on iBegin, I uploaded till May. Will there be any issue in BGV or will they ask me June month salary slip also as I am getting offer letter on 30th June. Plz help.
Don't worry much brother. If Hr comes back and asks for the last moment salary slip, just explain him your situation and they will guide you better as per the tcs policy .
My understanding is this shouldn't be an issue but still recruiter is the best person to give more insight.

If the immediate previous company bgc is done after joining and submitting experience letter or its done before only if my notice period was 3 months and if BCG has already started.
Then bgc process starts just after you accept the offer and share your all relevant details .

But still I am Lil confused as my bgc is already started but not sure if my immediate previous company verification is conducted or not as I have already provided payslips and offer letter of immediate previous company. But as I can get a relieving letter after the last working day it cannot be submitted. So not sure if the verification of the immediate previous company is done or not. Or it will be done once I submit a relieving letter after joining
@@varunmukharjee7983 bro just keep one thing on mind, BgV process has to be done by the company and its not your job and as long as you have all the valid documents you don't need to take any headache . If there is any delay it's company responsibility.
Let me tell you , in most of the cases, BgV of your last company only happens after you join new company.

actually my DOJ was on10 may 2023 but because of BGC is not done I got a call from TCS for rescheduled my DOJ to 3rd July after some days in my ibegin portle the status was changes as BGC scheduled and in document section there is BGC documents status : Accepted is coming now what it's means, when should i expect to get onboarding mail, please do reply me sir .

Do they cross check the job designation with the previous employer? R do they just verify the emp I'd and tenure of the employment?
Designation will be mentioned on the relieving and the experience letter from your previous company. I am sure during verification they do cross check all these details from your previous HR
Hello Sir, my query is when i have done the registration on tcs ibegin portal at that time i was working in my previous organization( i.e. in the month of January) so in the work details under registration tab i selected i am currently working, but then after clearing the interview hr told me to upload the documents i uploaded the same every documents now i also received the Offer letter my bgc is going on but problem is that registration under work details is still counting that i am working till now and i am not having access to edit before also and now also what can i do?

Bro, tell this thing to your recruiter. Recruiter has the right to edit the details in case you don't
