You can change ur name in tcs after joining the company, no need to anything if u have same name in all. Your documents except in tcs, tcs will change it after u join

In my offer letter middle name add kumari and all my documents only first and last name include when i was filing the form so it was not taking my information that's why i add kumari in middle name so now what should i do it will effect in document verification
@@jazz587 no issues if u have same name across all your documents thats fine, even if u have different names in different documents you will get enough time to change that and no need to think about whats your name in tcs forms, 90% of my batchmates have wrong names , hr says no need to change it , background verification is done as all documents have same name, even one guy has his father’s name on his id card, he was told after 1.5 months to update his adhaar card and put his own name in first name instead of his fathers name in firstname and own name in middle name.

For 2024 batch, they didn't mention any bonus from IPA exam They have said, we will get our preferred location if we get 80+ in IPA so in this year will there be no incentives ?
