I think u need to wait till April 2024 or everything depends on ur HM if he wants to nominate you then no one can stop u to get promotion

Please note that, for associates (based on nomination)for whom promotion is confirmed for the next level role, then the updates will be shared in the subsequent month with promotion effective date. Eg: For associates for whom promotion is confirmed for the next level role for Sep month, then the updates will be shared in the subsequent month (Oct) with promotion effective date as Oct1st. In that case, the E-letter would share by last week of October and Promotion confirmation email by Mid of October.

Bro I am in QEA CMT domain. I got promoted to A in Q4 cycle and in my pay it is showing 5.6lpa as revised salary. Reality is something different from what you are showing. This is for QEA domain only. All other domain people are enjoying 6.5lpa. One more thing the Salary is showing same to all irrespective of ratings.

Jan 2023 most probably. Ask your HCM. Last week all HCM got mail regarding employee recommendations. If he got your name in his list, you will be promoted otherwise in January.
But 90% chances is you will be promoted in Jan 24 because I joined on 9th July, 2021 and didn't got in July 2023

The HCM approval process will be done before 31st Dec as you will be Associate effective 1st Jan. So most probably it will not affect your promotion.
Official letter will be sent afterwards. Like in my case I got it on 18th Oct.

I have joined Cognziant as a PAT on july 30, 2021. So my nomination gor to my previous home manager as I changed to new project on May 24, 2023. My home manager repoints to current project manager on 1st of September,2023. My previous home manager got my nomination, she has approved it, still I didnt get any confirmation mail from Hr or my home manager or anyone. While my friends are getting confirmation mails from their home managrs bu keeping their hr in Cc. Why i am not getting, will that be an issue if my previous home manager accepts?
