Hi , my onboarding pass is generated. A new pre joining formalities form got added with action submit. But there is not button to submit the onboarding pass. Only download/print option available when onboarding pass pre joining formality form us opened.

Yes you have to save and then submit there must be forms where u have to digitally sign also so, do it...and bgv option will be enabled on your portal it takes some time so keep checking your portal and also you'll get separate mail for bgv submission so, don't worry..if you find helpful please subscribe 🌼

Around One week...you will get doj intimation through your email and also it will be updated on your one cognizant portal so keep checking.

My internship doj is 12 Feb and on 8th and 9 Feb i received mail for upload correct LOA and I have submitted that on time after that on 18 Feb i received electronic offer accept mail but still I don't have received my doj ... when I will receive my doj and ob pass

My bgv was failed 3 times because my previous organisation doesn’t response till last Thursday but now tomorrow is my joining date still onboarding pass not generated and recruiter team doesn’t respond call and mail so I don’t know what do next.

Onboarding pass you may get on the joining date as well don't worry you can get in morning keep checking.

Hope you received now...still if u didn't receive yet you can mail your queries to gencobsupport@cognizant.com and don't worry you will get it before your joining... sometimes it may happen like you can get same day of your joining date...keep checking your emails and portal too... have you checked portal also?

I am selected in cognizant. Selected mail sent on Jan 20 from superset. It's already completed 2 months.iam not receiving offer letter from the company. In the first week of March they sent me a survey mail for an ET role and I'm not interest that role I say no. Hi mam. I have a doubt mam. I have not mentioned my fathers last name in my personal information in the bgv documents section.. They have mailed me to correct that.. I have done the correction.. My doubt is in the pre joining formalities in the pan declaration form also I haven't mentioned my fathers last name while filling.. In the offer letter they have mentioned that we should complete the bgv and pre joining formalities within the 7 days from the offer acceptance.. 7 days has be completed now.. Can i change the pre joining formalities form now.. And also will it be updated when I update in the bgv section.. Or else they will mail me to change the same information in the pre joining formalities also?
Hi Aswin,
It's good practice to complete all the processes of prejoining and bgv but incase due to some reason it's not completed then also it won't be an issue you can do the correction now if you are able to edit it will be updated or else they will mail you.

You don't have to go to office on onboarding date, your onboarding will be virtual....and for reporting to office you'll receive an email beforehand.
My doj is 13 feb and i completed all the pre joining forms.y location is chennai. Do i have to go to chennai or virtual onboarding will be there? How to know?
Until and unless you get email regarding report to office or something you need to join virtual only, also you'll receive your on boarding paas so there your final location will be mentioned.

I got a mail saying physical onboarding and to report on that location to complete my joining and onboarding formalities so is that Loc only for onboarding formalities or My working location from that office also Bec people from my cohert got pune as lov on ob pass but are wfh without going to Pune even once
There are two possibilities one is your onboarding will be on that place only which is mentioned on your ob pass and may be you have to continue there only till your training once your training will be completed you will get your base preferred location also it may exchange in future according to project availability.

I’m still not assigned to any project so is it my workspace Loc or Loc just to complete my onboarding formalities and till the time I’m not getting any project will I be allowed to go back home after completing my onboarding
