My case is different. I joined cognizant from October 2022 as PAT got in project get billable till July 2023.then release from that project. Since then I was non billable. Fortunately got one project from January 2024.got client laptop but as non billable. Manager said he will make me billable. I work on CR's development, User stories actively participated in project development activities. But now My manager said client facing budget issue they are not mapping me billable. Now he is saying to release me. So, what will happen with me. My YEA was 4 i had work on project and contributed but unfortunately as non billable 😢😢😢 will i am eligible for promotion/ or it's just ruined. After allocation in this project i also got 2nd offer but not go for that project as I already enrolled in this. 😢😢😢 Plzzzz commment

I joined on 22feb 2022 as pat. Got rating 3 in 23. In april month i didn't receive promotion. On 15 April i allocated to new project and new manager assigned on 20 May. I have joined cts with genc next program with campus placement , as internship +full time offer, internship duration: 29th march 2022 to 25th july 2022.
Later as full time i have joined on16th Aug 2022, i got my first project as a PA on 16th aug 2022 to 16th november 2022 that is 3 months, then i was off boarded from the project for some reason which they did not mention.
Later i got into a new project which started as a PA again from 17th November 2022 and still going on in this project. Recently 2 months ago, my designation changed to sr. Security engineer , i have no idea if this is PA or Associate.
When I joined my salary was 48k and from april 2023 , it is 52k, i think yearly hike. Till date i am receiving 52k no yearly hike for 2024 , dont know the reason.
In my profile it is showing experience as 1 yr and 10 months, in august 16th 2024 , i will complete 2 yr.
In my view assignments option , when i check my billability it is showing as Associate. I am not sure whether i am associat or PA still. There has been no change in salary since april 2023.
