Last month I've given interview at cognizant for PV post & the interview went awesome, but couple of days ago I contacted with recruiter for update & he said "Vacancies are on hold", is it the formal way of telling you're not selected?

Been working in cts for more than a year, my advice leave as quickly as possible. High attrition is due to lack of proper trained developer and most freshers don't have idea what to do on job. Go for tcs or Accenture if you can.

Your 1st information is totally wrong....... During Internship or CSD u r not FTE in CTS......PAT role u will get when u have successfully completed internship or Csd and PAT is a FTE role....... CTC of PAT is 4.01 LPA..... in-hand u will be getting 26249 rs per month excluding internet allowance if u get internet allowance then ur in-hand will be 26249+1800 rs.....after 1yr completion u will be promoted to PA and in-hand salary will be 30k around+ variable pay according to the rating.
