My experience has been different. I got promised salary during internship but yes it was delayed a bit. I was onboarded on time and all other people are onboarded by 31 jan. I have recieved proper salary once I got onboarded.

I got promotion to Associate n this month. From today salary hick was updated.
Its showing 6.5LPA but i got 5 rating.
But in the video you have said that 7.5 to 7.6 LPA for 5 rating.
Do you have any clarification for this?

I joined as a PA in 2021 and my YEA 21 was rating 3 and then YEA 22 rating is 1 due to some bad terms. Will I get bonus this year?

I joined as PAT in December 2021 and this December I will complete 1 year as PA but I'm not billable will I get the associate role? and if I am not billable then will I get a default rating 3?

2. In your video you mentioned that it is quarterly bases. Then i will be promoted in September month,
