Some people try intermitting fasting for weight management, and others use fasting to address chronic conditions. It is important to understand that intermittent fasting is not for everyone.     As always ✅ great video.. great topic.. intermittent fasting changes my life for the better.. got off of sugar.. don't want it or ever crave it.. just a more balanced way to eat and live.. Thanks again for all your help!!!!!
