This is really great. I get so much from Ask An Ex. I just completed Day 0 for the fourth time, and she is absolutely correct in saying that we learn something new each time. I am so proud of all the Ex smokers that succeeded in their 1st CBQ attempt, but for the small percentage of smokers that need more time and more help, having lifetime access to the program is brilliant 😊👍

I am in the program, and getting ready for wrap up Day 3. I will say, at least for me, that I MUST stay up with the daily things to do within the program. I started the program, was doing well with each portion of the days, had even felt a "shift" within myself, but then slacked off, and consequently lost ALL the progress I had made. NEVER AGAIN. I've now been doing at least a module a day, and am STICKING to it!! I can once again feel the shift I had lost. I woke up this morning feeling DETERMINED. Got up, immediately started the next module, and will do another piece of it tonight. HANG IN THERE, the program WORKS, if you work it!!! Blessings!!❤

BTW, I had to completely disconnect from watching political videos because they caused me so much stress. And have replaced those videos with THESE!!! I find it's VERY helpful to IMMERSE myself in these, and SO much better for me!!🎉

Ok, so i get this isnt going to be a popular comment and i accept that. I have been smoking 1 to 1.5 ppd for 25 years and my wife is always saying i need to quit. I am a big well built guy, always go to the gym and i always run with no issues. I dont feel smoking will effect me as i feel i know my body really well and what it can take. I respect some people will be wanting to quit if they feel their body needs to but for me it is basically not having any impact on my body and i dont see that changing into the future.
