I recently started the program after 55 years of smoking. I was having difficulty completing each day in one day. It was good to hear that someone else faced this obstacle in the manner that I had been doing. I was taking 2-3 days on each day. I wanted to absorb present material before starting more. Jenny explained that she had also done this. It was good to have someone to identify with. I'm also glad for her to remind me of something I've said to help me cope throughout my life-This too shall pas. I am now going to use this when I want a cigarette.
Many secrets revealed!
Thank you Jenny, I enjoyed your interview, you are an inspiration!
Thank you for letting me know it is okay to go at my own pace and that I can move forward when I am ready for the process to move forward. I had a huge awareness during this video that I smoke not to connect, but to disconnect from people. I use it as a shield between myself and them and then pretend that smoking is "taking care of myself". What I am afraid of most is actually feeling all the feelings I have stuffed for 35 years of living trauma and having to deal with people or face the fact that there are nearly no people in my life. Hard truths. Face them or flee into the depths of my mind and pain - which is not an option. I am very committed to breaking the generational cycle of trauma and smoking is part of that. Both my favorite grand parents smoked. My smoking is very emotionally linked. Thank you for this video. I am starting the webinar tonight. Wish me luck and courage to commit to myself.
You read my mind in your description. Heavy truth. Best wishes to you....and me.
I can totally relate as you described me to a T...😢 I quit 20 days ago...scariest & best thing I ever did...I untied the ball & chain ⛓️ around me and took back my strength to stop hurting myself by smoking 🚬 🚭 It has been the worst relationship 💔 that I held onto for 35 yrs. I am doing Hynotherapy and counseling and taking back my life...I know you can do it if I can.....Saving 500.00 a month...plus my breathing has improved already!!! Yes in 20 days.... life living free....

I've been smoking for 2.5 years, in fact trying to quit from the start, but I feel that this night I gonna make it happen. Wish me luck 🤞
You will have no problem...only 2.5 yrs...that's nothing
Wow, very inspiring and this ask an ex really resonated with me! Thank you Jenny and Nasia. I'm presently on the yo-yo and yes, definitely, commitment is the key. ❤
I've been battling illness while doing the program, so I've had to do it slower at the times I am well. This has also been working well for me 🙏
I relate to SO MANY things that Jenny said! It's great to know you're not alone, it helps keep me moving forward!
What I got from this video is that this program is very resourceful, helpful. I really do want to take advantage of it. I am hoping by TAX time I will have enough to invest in the program. I am thankful that there is a guarantee to get my money back. It insures me even more. I look forward to trying this. I will continue to watch videos and work on conditioning my mind and hope that helps in the meantime.
We'd love to have you on the program when you're ready! In the meantime, you can greatly benefit from this CZcams Chanel and helpful Ask An Ex videos like Jenny's! :)
