Best thing about Keane-o is he makes it hard to be an idiot around him. Doesn't make it easy. Don't ask daft questions and hope he'll pick up your ball and run with it for you. Irony is the heading on this video -- "DESTROYS" and "EXPLOSIVE" -- is exactly the nonsense he's talking about.

Keano was the best United captain for me as much as I loved Bryan Robson Keano won it all. I love the guy to bits and he's always box office when he gets interviewed about his United days or his punditry work and he's right Sir Alex and the club could've done better by him when he left. I think he's as honest as the day is long and he was a tremendous servant to United.

Giggs grabbed cr7 in a hallway and shouted in his face for drinking soda. This kind of discipline helped them win titles. Before this, Keane would have been the tough leader. A team needs tough leaders to be successful. If they didn't want Keane, fine, but he was a strong leader.

I’m a man city fan since 1981 as a kid . However I really like anything to do with Roy Keane . Fantastic player who had balls on the field , played a dam good brand of football and isn’t fooled by frauds in life who are all show and no go . Bottom line with Ferguson is that although he was a good manager Keane had his number and still does and guys like Ferguson like to use their influence against others when they get their panties up in a bunch . I would trust Keane long before I gave Ferguson anything .

The guy was a warrior and served UTD better than most and the 2nd half against Juventus in the treble year is a microcosm of the absolute supreme ability he had on the pitch.

He's not corporate enough. Not media savvy. In this era it's all about image.
He will always be a playing legend. On the face of it (without knowing the FULL story) he was wronged. He should have been given a private telling off for the MUFC interview. But to totally cut ties as if he never played for Utd is sad.
