  • www.visacoach.com = Bring Your Foreign Love to USA with a Fiance Visa. Let VisaCoach guide you to success!
    These are the interview questions VisaCoach has collected over the years, and shared with clients, for them to study in preparation for their K1 Fiance Visa or CR1 Spouse visa interview.
    My name is Fred Wahl - I am the VisaCoach, known in the field of fiance and spouse
    immigration for fast and easy approval, and the personal one-on-one attention,
    you as my client would enjoy.
    I invented the three step "immigration success method" which
    anticipates the likely problems and sceptiscm your case might face, and then squashes
    those issues by working together on the ideal appearance of your case
    and preparation of my signature "front loaded presentation" that tells YOUR story
    the way we WANT it heard. When properly implemented, my method helps
    "win" approval for your visa even before the interview starts.
    In general, my clients aren't asked many questions, usually just one or two. However
    I recommend all candidates for a fiance visa to review and become familiar with
    what might be asked. I strongly believe it is better to be over prepared, then un-prepared.

    I know what it feels like to be in love, and separated by thousands of miles
    from my partner.
    I have been through this immigration rodeo, myself, twice.
    I was first engaged during the late 1970's. Web cams, skype, magic jacks were all science fiction.
    I had to pay AT&T $4 a minute for my once monthly call to my fiancee in the Philippines, and we
    exchanged airmail letters written on ultra thin blue paper that took about 2 weeks to arrive.
    I applied for a fiance visa for Marilynd, it was granted and we married on Valentines Day at the courthouse
    in Dallas, Texas..
    Twenty years later, while living in Hong Kong, I met my second (and last) wife, Joyce. We
    married and had two kids. When the oldest was 6, we decided it was time to
    move to the USA, and enroll Michael in Kindergarten, and live in a great city to raise kids, San Diego, California.
    I applied for a spouse visa for Joyce and was with her at her consulate interview at
    the US Consulate on Garden Road in Hong Kong.
    I DO understand the immigration process from all sides, from your side and the officers
    side too. I know what CAN happen, and what should happen.
    My mission is to make sure what SHOULD happen, DOES happen
    and my couples get their visas and "happily ever afters", fast and easy.
    It is all too common for do-it-yourselfers, to make rookie mistakes that derail the process.
    Instead of attempting this campaign alone, do what is best for you and your loved one.
    Choose me, the VisaCoach to personally guide you, safely and quickly, through this process.
    This is Fred Wahl, The Visa Coach
    I'm on your side. Call me.

    Thank you for this. Very informative, objective, and clarifies a lot of questions about the process.
    My girlfriend and I have known each other for over a year. I have spent time with her in the Philippines in the first half of last September, and am preparing to visit again. We communicate via online chat (and sometimes video/audio calls on those few occasions when the internet cooperates) very much throughout our daily routines.
    To both of us, this is still quite daunting, the prospect of sponsoring her journey here. We're still waiting things out, being patient, giving our relationship more time so that we can readily prove to the powers-that-be how genuine we are to each other.
    One thing we have in common, and is the biggest hindrance, unfortunately, is insufficient income. We both are employed in steady jobs. But, while I do live a lifestyle on my family's farmland where I am not in debt and stick to basic expenses, the job market remains depressed. I know.. I have searched for better for a long time.
    We both support ourselves. She has never asked anything of me, preferring to work for everything she has. But, we love each other regardless.
    The only thing that she and I know how to do is work for better, be as prepared as we can, and pray that our dream comes to fruition. I just fear that it still will not be enough, despite how much we love each other.
    At any rate, thanks again.
    Regards,
    Phil

      +Kate d At visacoach.com it explains fiance and spouse visas. Watch the video "How to bring your Filiipina Fiance to the USA" at www.visacoach.com/how-bring-filipina-fiance-usa.html
      This should answer your basic questions. Then convince your bf to book a flight to meet you. As soon as he books the flight he should also book my services to make sure all goes smoothly. If he hires me and follows my advice, you should be able to arrive in the USA in about 4 to 5 months from the time we submit the application.

    Once your marriage is genuine and you personally know each other and have a life together. There is no need to practice any questions.

    • @Visacoach
      @Visacoach  Před 7 lety +8

      It would be nice if it was that simple. But the process is more complicated, and the pressure on an applicant is great and its easy to get flustered and make mistakes. I prepare my clients an awesome "front loaded" petition that I believe wins the interview itself. But even though I am confident my efforts have won the day, I STILL want them to practice and prepare for the interview. Its better to be over prepared and win, then overconfident and be denied.

      I just have a little problem,my case has been approved a couple of weeks ago,and i know 1 or 2 months i will be needed my passport,but until now i still don't have it'because i have one letter that misspelled on my BC so i could not apply my passport,And now it is on process to correct it.. the other problem is it takes more months before i get my correct new BC,.
      What would happen if i can't go for my interview because i still don't have my passport.. ?

    • @Visacoach
      @Visacoach  Před 9 lety

      +Maricel Nesola Not having a passport is a serious problem. No passport = no visa. You have 4 months from USCIS approval to take the interview. If you are not ready for the interview, you should ask the consulate to extend the validity date. If you explain your situation they should extend for 3 more months.

    hi sir. I have been married to my husband who is an American citizen for 13 years now . and we have 3 kids (twin 6 years old 5 years old). I applied for an I-130. and has been send to the Chicago office. they send my husband an email say that our papers has been received. so my question now is that my husband is in the state now and I'm in Egypt with my kids . I'm originally from Morocco. and he come every 3-4 months. so for my interview in the embassy. should he come with me if he is not here? and should I take my 3 kids with me ?

    • @Visacoach
      @Visacoach  Před 7 lety

      The US embassy in Cairo is continually under hi security alert. They will not allow any attendees to interviews unless specifically arranged in advance. Unless you need a translator, and one of your kids was capable for that job, it is unlikely they would be allowed in. Even your US citizen husband needs ask permission first, and can only attend if granted permission, in advance. Typically it is a good idea for him to attend (if they allow him to) so a week or two before the scheduled interview date, have him contact the consulate and ask permission to attend.

    Hey Fred! We’re really hoping to hire your services. I have an email I’d like to send you that I had contacted other attorneys with but they were very impersonal and I feel like you’re the one we NEED on our case. This email has everything in it that you must know. We need to know if there’s something that can be done for us and this case.
    I can’t explain how vital this is, I know you understand and are the one to go to. We just really need to know from you after reading our case details if there’s a fighting chance for us. We would much rather pay you than these other guys who charged us before giving us any definitive answer at all...

      If you have used an attorney to file your case, you can ask him to contact the consulate on your behalf. Or your American sponsor can contact the consulate to inquire, or your American Sponsor can request her congressman to ask for an update. Sorry, but as you are not my client and I have no knowledge of the details, issues surrounding your situation, I certainly can not forecast your likelihood of visa approval. Next time hire professional help.

      @Visacoach  Před 8 lety

      +Brandrene Consolemieux It doesn't matter HOW MANY TIMES you plan to marry. Once you marry the first time you are married. That means the ONLY visa you may apply for is the spouse visa. Sounds like your American is considering fraud, by marrying you, but telling immigration you are not married in order to apply for a fiance visa which is faster. That is a road to immigration disaster. Apply for the proper visa. Never lie to immigration.

    Im from Uruguay and my fiancee is a u.s citizen that lives in my country with me. He works here and we want to take a trip and get married in the states. So i would like to know if i can get a tourist visa , get married , and comeback to my country with him then later on when we decide to move to the states how i can do that, what should applied for? It do matter that he lives overseas, to applied for a spouse visa? thanks. really good channel.

    • @Visacoach
      @Visacoach  Před 9 lety

      +cece pintos Hi. Your plan is fine. You apply for visitor visa, it allows you to visit the USA on a holiday trip, you can marry during the trip, then return to Uruguay. Then later once you and your husband decide you wish to live permanently in the USA you apply for spouse visa. To apply for Visitor visa, you apply, usually online, to the nearest US consulate. The issue is visitor visas are not easy to get if the consular officer fears you may want to remain in the USA, not just visit and return to Uruguay. You will have to convince him that your intentions are what you described above, ie: short visit then to leave the USA.

That is not a youtube comments, type of opinion, but one I provide my clients after I have gotten to know them very well, and have all of the evidences I have asked them provide on my desk so I can gauge it's quality and quantity. Only then can I estimated chances of success. And if I find a clients evidences are "light" then I suggest ways to improve them, and thus to improve chances of success. That is a work in progress until we achieve the highest chance of success, then we submit.

      Its an all too common mistake that DIY couples make by arriving to the interview missing one or more of the required evidences. If the rest of the interview
      goes well, then the consular officer may say "You are approved,pending you submitting the required document". Your case is then left open, waiting
      for you to take action. Once you send the missing item to the consulate, then your case is on Administrative Processing. If lucky your case
      is handled right away, if not lucky you can wait for quite a while. Sorry there is NO standard time for AP. It is a low priority for the consulate.
      And as far as they are concerned, any delay, is really your fault cause you did not follow proper procedures. For more info on AP see www.visacoach.com/administrative-processing.html

      +munira sakeba89 Applying for scholarships probably no issue. Applying for another visa at the same time your husband applys for your spouse visa, IS a red flag. I shows you are too desperate to move to USA. Your husband can start the spouse visa process now. he does not need to wait till August. Then after naturalization, the process will speed up. My fee to help with spouse visa is only $1,095. Ask your husband to contact right away. the sooner we start the better your chances to be in the USA by fall 17 to continue your education. Thank you and your reply is very well appreciated.

    • @Visacoach
      @Visacoach  Před 8 lety

      +Jay Morales For a Fiance Visa my fee is a reasonable $695. If you are together now, it is best that we start while you are side by side, so we can get most of the work done, and he can hand carry, all the needed civil documents and evidences and signatures back with him. The financial eligibility threshold is $16,020 for two persons. He should have that income coming in (more is better) at least 3 months prior to your interview. If you process in Bangkok your interview is normally about 5 or 6 months after we send in the application. If you process in Manila your interview is normally 3 or 4 months later. It would be best if he contacts me before his return in order to discuss your options. He can book the call in advance at www.visacoach.com/talk.html and I will stand by to speak with him.

    • @Visacoach
      @Visacoach  Před 9 lety +1

      Jing Ariza Hi Jing. Once you get married you are only eligible for a spouse visa. And if you apply within 2 years of the wedding ceremony the designation of the visa you would be issued is called a CR-1 visa. It is important to know that a spouse visa takes about 12 months, and a fiance visa only 6 months. So you should choose what you want to do understanding that. Many couples don't want to wait so long to start their new lives, and so plan to marry in the USA instead. For a comparison visit www.visacoach.com/fiance-vs-spouse-which-is-better.html . Best of luck to you and your fiance.

      First of all, I'd like to say thank you for the straightforward answer! Most people say to call or email them. And secondly I wish I hired you! I'm currently waiting on the NVC for and IR 1 visa for my husband and I'm paying $1,300 USD for the lawyer alone. He's been great minus showing signs of being disorganized but if you also help with the transitions from green card holder to becoming American, I'll be sure to use your service. We really reviewing your videos!
      Additionally it took 4 months for my petition to be approved and now I'm waiting on the NVC.

      Hi Katherine, I too wish you had found me earlier. After your spouse gets to USA, I certainly can help with the next steps to become. He can submit his application as early as 2 years and 9 months from the start date of his green card. Best is to reach out to me a few months before that so we can accomplish all the prep work and then submit once he is eligible. I look forward to helping you at that time.

      Visa Coach I will certainly contact you for that step IF we get the greencard. He's from Syria but a Palestinian refugee living in dubai so I was told this is why I got the price I'm paying but I'm not sure that people are charged more or less for their individual cases.
      Looking forward to working with you in the future!

    Hello
    I am on F2 visa. I am living in Newyork since 4 months. I just want to know that can I use my hobbies to earn some money. I love cooking and baking. Will it be legal for me to sell some cakes and breads here? In this way I can spend my time and also earn some money.
    So I just want the advice that is this possible legally?
    Also, suggest what can I do to pass my time.
    Many thanks

      My area of interest is fiance and spouse immigration to the USA. For advice regarding F2 visas you should contact the school's international office or USCIS.gov.
