    Getting your foreign born Spouse to the USA is quite complicated. We deal with two separate
    departments of the US government USCIS which is part of homeland security as well as the Department of State. They each have their own requirements forms and hurdles that must be overcome.
    Since your future "happy ever after" is at stake it is important, no, it is essential,
    that each step the carefully accomplished. That is why here at VisaCoach we have set
    up clear and well thought out procedures that we follow for each and every case.
    This way we know that every T is crossed and every I is dotted to ensure a visa approval.
    This is a much too important life-changing process to leave anything to chance.
    Step 1: Personal Consultation.
    Unlike attorneys and cheap computerized/robot type document preparers, I offer a very personal
    service. I get to know my couples well, and we work together as a team to accompish
    your goals. The truth is, getting a visa for your spouse is only a first step. After
    arrival, there's still more to do. There will be getting the green card demonstrating
    conditional permanent residency, then two years later, upgrading your spouse's status to
    unconditional permanent residency, then finally US Citizenship. Usually I work closely
    with a couple for all these steps and we are together as long as it takes, usually for about 5 to 6 years.
    To enjoy our good personal relationship that will last, I strongly believe that its
    best that we start off on the right foot, by getting to know which other first, and making sure
    we are a good match from the "get go". Thats why I invite you to first, speak with me directly
    on the telephone or on Skype. The is the "free eligibility consultation" I offer.
    I want to get to know you and the details of your courtship, marriage,
    and your goals, and your problems or red flags. That,way once I get to know you I can
    suggest the best visa for you. And IF we both feel compatible, and IF I believe I really CAN bring
    someting to the party to help make your goals come true. I'll offer my services and tell you
    exactly what I can do to help.
    Step 2: Get Started. Background Info
    we decided we are compatible and now full speed ahead to get your visa.
    First I send you via email a "get started kit". It includes questions for you to
    answer that will give me the detailed backround information that will answer the questions
    that will be asked by USCIS, the National Visa Center, and finally at the Consulate.
    I am going to ask you all the questions I anticipate for the entire process. Cause it
    is more efficient, you only have to do your "homework" once, AND because it gives
    me a chance to see the WHOLE picture. Cause if there are any issues, or red flags, I want
    to know about them as early as possible, so we can figure out early the best way to handle them.
    Step 3: VisaCoach Audit
    When I receive your response to the questions I an not going to act like a computer
    or robot just to paste in your answers. And say "hey we're done".
    Instead I am going to AUDIT and review each of your answers, to make sure we do not accidentally trigger alarm bells at immigration. I review your answers to make sure there are no inconsistency, illogic, omissions, or gaps.
    I'll go back to you (as needed) with questions on anything that I find needs clarification. I'll work
    back and forth with you and your spouse until we have a clean set of data. And then we move forward
    Step 4: Custom Personal Checklist
    Using this knowledge I customize for you a detailed checklist

    Hello again Mr Fred,i have a question please,
    my boyfreind is seperated from is ex wife from 8 years ago, but they started the divorce procedure 8 months ago, the lawyer told him that he will have his divorce decree after 6months...Me and him we met on facebook 1 month ago and we are arranging a visit of one month here in my country so we can know each others more,than we want to fill the K1 after he gets his divorce decree...
    my question is: when he gets his divorce decree we will have 7 months relationship ,can we use this period to proove our relationship period? or it will be a red flag as he is not officially divorced yet? knowing that he has some papers from the lawyer wich can proove that they started the divorce procedure 8 motnhs ago from now
    shall we fill the k1 directely after he gets his divorce decree or we have to wait more time and consider that we met after he is officially divorced so we will not have a red flag?

    • @Visacoach
      @Visacoach  Před 7 lety +1

      All things being equal, best is to delay his trip to visit you, till after his divorce is final, and he is actually "free".

    • @safabenamara6174
      @safabenamara6174 Před 7 lety

      we want to arrange a trip soon because we need to see each others soon,than we can arrange a long visit later when his divorce is final, can we use our conversations on facebook of these months+the trip that we are arranging for proofs of our relatonship or we have to use only the proofs that we will have after his divorce is final?
      because i saw in one of your videos that starting the relationship when one of us is still marrid is a red flag
      so i have no idea if we should use this proofs later when we fill or we should not keep it at all?

If you don't understand how things work, then you need to hire professional help, as you and your spouse are far out of your depth to apply on your own for immigration. • @Visacoach
      @Visacoach  Před 7 lety

      Every case for Fiance or Spouse must clearly demonstrate that the couple is genuine and "bone fide". That is primarily what I assist a couple to accomplish, BEFORE the application is submitted. Yes, you need plenty of proofs that you have a genuine relationship. And a GENUINE relationship is much more than "arranging a ceremony". Should your case get denied, you are welcome to contact me to help you reapply. Many DIY couples who have "shot themselves in the foot" have come to me after their denial, and so far, 100% I have worked with them to do a better job, and so far all have gotten approved, with VisaCoach for their second attempt.

    I'm from Palestine my age 21 and i'm student .. and my fiance gave me a fiancee visa application he is live in America and a US citizen, but never to us that we meet face to face because of the political situation in Palestine can deny the request beciuse this reason ?
    i hope you understand me

    • @Visacoach
      @Visacoach  Před 7 lety +1

      It's possible to apply for a waiver to be exempted from the face to face meeting requirement. Part of the application process is to request the waiver and provide good reasons for it. I help many couples apply for waivers and so far, all have been accepted. It's my experience that couples who try this process alone, simply get into trouble. Once your Fiance makes the correct decision to protect you and to do what is best for you and him, by seeking professional help, ask him to book a consultation with me to discuss your case and how to make it successful. This consultation is free, but only for those who are looking to hire professional help. He can book at www.visacoach.com/talk.html .

    Hi! Would it affect negatively if we got married after only being in a relationship for less than a year? We see each other in person atleast every month in the country I stay in. Btw, I've been in the U.S before on a tourist visa. Thanks!

    • @Visacoach
      @Visacoach  Před 6 lety

      There is no standard for what the progression of a "bona fide" actually is. Some get married within months, some within decades. what counts is that your story is real, and that the evidences I help you present to the reviewing consular officer with the Visacoach "front loaded application" convince him of your sincerity and eligibility.

    • @Visacoach
      @Visacoach  Před 3 lety

      Normally spouse visas take around 14 to 18 months. See www.visacoach.com/spouse-visa-timeline/ Spouse does not necessarily need to speak good English, a medical professional who could work in an anti-covid field often gets preferred/expedited treatment.

    • @Visacoach
      @Visacoach  Před 3 lety +1

      The only advice I can provide is that in order to be successful you need to have a bona fide relationship, have acted accordingly, documented well, then provide a well crafted application that tells your complete story. After doing the above, there is no need to seek artificial means to try to improve your case. Start by doing what needs to be done, and don't try to be "tricky"

    • @Visacoach
      @Visacoach  Před 7 lety

      What it means is that the consulate is reviewing the evidences you submitted, and reviewing your case in general. This is called Administrative Processing, and it can be fast, it can be slow, it can result in approval, it can result in denial. You and your fiance will just have to wait and learn the results. If more info is needed you should provide it. If the case is denied and returned to the USA, your fiance should reach out to me directly to hire me to reapply. Many couples who's DIY cases have failed, have come to me for help to reapply and do a much better job. So far, all such couples I have helped have gotten their visas. She can hire my services by calling 1-800-806-3210 or booking a consultation at www.visacoach.com/talk.html

      @Visacoach  Před 7 lety

      No decision has been made yet. Not denied nor approved. If denied your passport is returned. If approved your passport with its new visa is returned. If not returned your case is still alive, still under consideration by the consulate. Eventually your passport will be returned, and on that day you will have your answer.

      A significant age difference can certainly be a problem. It is important that your application does a great job to overcome that "red flag" by showing many proofs of why you are a bona fide couple and why the age difference should be ignored by the officer. Proving a couple is genuine is one of the areas we at VisaCoach are most strong in doing. You will be best served to ask your spouse to hire Visacoach right away to guide you successfully through the process. He can reach us at 1-800-806-3210 or www.visacoach.com/talk.html

    Hi, my husband is a US citizen (by birthplace) but currently living and working here in the philippines (dual citizenship). We're planning to get a US spouse visa for me. My question is does he need to go back to US first or we can file for CR1 visa while he's here with me?
    Thank you!

      The American spouse does not need to go back to the USA first. The application can be made from outside the USA the two of you can wait together for the visa to be granted then travel together to the USA. I have helped many Expat couples do this. I was an expat myself, applied for Joyce while we both lived in Hong Kong and we both came together to USA. For more details -> www.visacoach.com/apply-spouse-visa-outside-usa.html

      If you change partners like changing your socks, that will put into doubt how serious you are with your current partner. So yes your romantic history, especially that part of it that resulted in making applications to US immigration may come up, and may caste some doubt about the bona fides of your current relationship. If you were my client I would spend additional time providing solid proofs of bona fides, as well as explaining why THIS relationship, this partner is a "keeper". Good luck.

      I can not say "what is ok", that I guess is the opinion and decision made by the officers that review your case. The work I do is all about helping my couples present their cases in the most favorable light, to sway the officers to make a positive decision and grant the visa.

      Married then fiance visa? no that does not sound right. If you applied for a valid visa and got approved, best you follow instructions of the consulate that issued the visa. If you need help, I can study your case documents and provide you advice. this is called One to One support. Send email to info@visacoach.com for pricing, terms, and how to place order.

    hello Mr Fred, i would like to ask you if the victory of donald trump in presidency would effect on fiancè and spouse visas for muslim couples ? :(

    • @Visacoach
      @Visacoach  Před 7 lety

      Yes, I expect there will be an overall tightening of visas issued to muslim couples. Each case I work on, I apply a higher standard to prove that the couple deserves their visa. Regardless of their religion and regardless of who is President, I am confident my couples will have no problem.

      I help clients who live all over the world and all over the USA, very few live near my offices. We rely on internet, email, telephone and postal mail. I have many clients from New York, I can help your fiance too. Once he is ready to get started he should contact me and book a consultation. He can do that at www.visacoach.com/talk.html
