Getting your foreign born Spouse to the USA is quite complicated. We deal with two separate
departments of the US government USCIS which is part of homeland security as well as the Department of State. They each have their own requirements forms and hurdles that must be overcome.
Since your future "happy ever after" is at stake it is important, no, it is essential,
that each step the carefully accomplished. That is why here at VisaCoach we have set
up clear and well thought out procedures that we follow for each and every case.
This way we know that every T is crossed and every I is dotted to ensure a visa approval.
This is a much too important life-changing process to leave anything to chance.
Step 1: Personal Consultation.
Unlike attorneys and cheap computerized/robot type document preparers, I offer a very personal
service. I get to know my couples well, and we work together as a team to accompish
your goals. The truth is, getting a visa for your spouse is only a first step. After
arrival, there's still more to do. There will be getting the green card demonstrating
conditional permanent residency, then two years later, upgrading your spouse's status to
unconditional permanent residency, then finally US Citizenship. Usually I work closely
with a couple for all these steps and we are together as long as it takes, usually for about 5 to 6 years.
To enjoy our good personal relationship that will last, I strongly believe that its
best that we start off on the right foot, by getting to know which other first, and making sure
we are a good match from the "get go". Thats why I invite you to first, speak with me directly
on the telephone or on Skype. The is the "free eligibility consultation" I offer.
I want to get to know you and the details of your courtship, marriage,
and your goals, and your problems or red flags. That, way once I get to know you I can
suggest the best visa for you. And IF we both feel compatible, and IF I believe I really CAN bring
someting to the party to help make your goals come true. I'll offer my services and tell you
exactly what I can do to help.
Step 2: Get Started. Background Info
we decided we are compatible and now full speed ahead to get your visa.
First I send you via email a "get started kit". It includes questions for you to
answer that will give me the detailed backround information that will answer the questions
that will be asked by USCIS, the National Visa Center, and finally at the Consulate.
I am going to ask you all the questions I anticipate for the entire process. Cause it
is more efficient, you only have to do your "homework" once, AND because it gives
me a chance to see the WHOLE picture. Cause if there are any issues, or red flags, I want
to know about them as early as possible, so we can figure out early the best way to handle them.
Step 3: VisaCoach Audit
When I receive your response to the questions I an not going to act like a computer
or robot just to paste in your answers. And say "hey we're done".
Instead I am going to AUDIT and review each of your answers, to make sure we do not accidentally trigger alarm bells at immigration. I review your answers to make sure there are no inconsistency, illogic, omissions, or gaps.
I'll go back to you (as needed) with questions on anything that I find needs clarification. I'll work
back and forth with you and your spouse until we have a clean set of data. And then we move forward
Step 4: Custom Personal Checklist
Using this knowledge I customize for you a detailed checklist
Thank you for your help.I will call you to start this process!
You are welcome. I look forward to helping you. I will standby for your call. So that we can talk without interruption best is to book in advance by using the calendar at www.visacoach.com/talk.html
thank you for the answer..
and sorry for sending the same comment many time (it was from my connexion)
Thank you so much for your meaningful advices me ,May Buddha bless you you live long life healthy happy and successful life .Your warmhearted helps me a lots.Thank you Sir.
You are welcome.
Hello again Mr Fred,i have a question please,
my boyfreind is seperated from is ex wife from 8 years ago, but they started the divorce procedure 8 months ago, the lawyer told him that he will have his divorce decree after 6months...Me and him we met on facebook 1 month ago and we are arranging a visit of one month here in my country so we can know each others more, than we want to fill the K1 after he gets his divorce decree...
my question is: when he gets his divorce decree we will have 7 months relationship ,can we use this period to proove our relationship period? or it will be a red flag as he is not officially divorced yet? knowing that he has some papers from the lawyer wich can proove that they started the divorce procedure 8 motnhs ago from now
shall we fill the k1 directely after he gets his divorce decree or we have to wait more time and consider that we met after he is officially divorced so we will not have a red flag?
All things being equal, best is to delay his trip to visit you, till after his divorce is final, and he is actually "free".
we want to arrange a trip soon because we need to see each others soon, than we can arrange a long visit later when his divorce is final, can we use our conversations on facebook of these months+the trip that we are arranging for proofs of our relatonship or we have to use only the proofs that we will have after his divorce is final?
because i saw in one of your videos that starting the relationship when one of us is still marrid is a red flag
so i have no idea if we should use this proofs later when we fill or we should not keep it at all?
My answer is at czcams.com/video/ClwA2LBjLjM/video.html
How does take time after civil document accepted my friend visa category is cr1 and civil document is accepted in 25th may thanks for help
Best is your "friend" ask the consultant or attorney working with him/her who knows the details of the case to provide updates and ongoing advice.
hello visaCoach,
my husband sent the i-130 petition but some other documents were missing,, what's ur advice to send just the missing documents or resend everything again? because it's been 2 months now since we sent the i-130 and they didn't send us the receipt number
You posted this comment 14 times. I have deleted all but this one. I don't know if you are trying to spam this comment section, or if you don't understand how things work. If you don't understand how things work, then you need to hire professional help, as you and your spouse are far out of your depth to apply on your own for immigration. If your spouse wants me to consult on your case, I can do so. www.visacoach.com/one2one.html Or if he wants me to take over, I can do so. Second Half Support for spouse visas.
My u s citizen spouse has criminal records is that will bring problem for our visa
Depends on the crimes.
How much time it take to give interview date after nvc send documents to embassy
Generally 1 to 3 months.
hello.. I was just wondering if anybody had an idea how long it will take to get the visa after the CENOMAR is received. from US embassy.. i passed my interview but my cenomar delay 1 week,, Can you please help me.. God bless
Hello Visa coach. I have a question. My and i just got married 2 months ago and were now planning to file. Can an american citizen still file a I-130 unemployment but a joint sponsor? Thanks
I co-sponsor is used when the primary sponsors income is not enough, if if temporarily "not enough" due to unemployment.
Hi there i got married in a marriage registar legally and it is recognized by the country ,and applied for i130 3 months ago .. my question is do i need to. submiy photo at the embassy during interview ? thinking about going back and arrange a ceremony
Every case for Fiance or Spouse must clearly demonstrate that the couple is genuine and "bone fide". That is primarily what I assist a couple to accomplish, BEFORE the application is submitted. Yes, you need plenty of proofs that you have a genuine relationship. And a GENUINE relationship is much more than "arranging a ceremony". Should your case get denied, you are welcome to contact me to help you reapply. Many DIY couples who have "shot themselves in the foot" have come to me after their denial, and so far, 100% I have worked with them to do a better job, and so far all have gotten approved, with VisaCoach for their second attempt.
I'm from Palestine my age 21 and i'm student .. and my fiance gave me a fiancee visa application he is live in America and a US citizen, but never to us that we meet face to face because of the political situation in Palestine can deny the request beciuse this reason ?
i hope you understand me
It's possible to apply for a waiver to be exempted from the face to face meeting requirement. Part of the application process is to request the waiver and provide good reasons for it. I help many couples apply for waivers and so far, all have been accepted. It's my experience that couples who try this process alone, simply get into trouble. Once your Fiance makes the correct decision to protect you and to do what is best for you and him, by seeking professional help, ask him to book a consultation with me to discuss your case and how to make it successful. This consultation is free, but only for those who are looking to hire professional help. He can book at www.visacoach.com/talk.html .
Tasneem Nader Salam I want to talk to u regarding this where we can talk ?
Hi! Would it affect negatively if we got married after only being in a relationship for less than a year? We see each other in person atleast every month in the country I stay in. Btw, I've been in the U.S before on a tourist visa. Thanks!
There is no standard for what the progression of a "bona fide" actually is. Some get married within months, some within decades. what counts is that your story is real, and that the evidences I help you present to the reviewing consular officer with the Visacoach "front loaded application" convince him of your sincerity and eligibility.
How long would it take to get the spouse visa ? Are you feeds in monthly payments? What if the spouse English is poor? Would been a professional in the medical field, help ?
Normally spouse visas take around 14 to 18 months. See www.visacoach.com/spouse-visa-timeline/ Spouse does not necessarily need to speak good English, a medical professional who could work in an anti-covid field often gets preferred/expedited treatment.
@@Visacoach thanks,,,what if I manage to get her a job at the Indonesian embassy in Washington,,,would that help ? Would it make it easier for you to help her ?
The only advice I can provide is that in order to be successful you need to have a bona fide relationship, have acted accordingly, documented well, then provide a well crafted application that tells your complete story. After doing the above, there is no need to seek artificial means to try to improve your case. Start by doing what needs to be done, and don't try to be "tricky"
@@Visacoach thanks,,,I only mentioned the job at the embassy to expedite things a little more,,no tricks, we been married for a year and in two months time we are having a baby..
Good luck !!
Can you please explain to me the visa bulletin for the F2a case , i found out that the one for dv lottery is different from the F2a visa bulletin ?
This is not really a question of popular interest. Do contact Department of State directly for their clarifications
Visa Coach how long it should take for me to uscis to know why the embassy consular give my section 221g
Don't know. Could be never. You'll have to ask the consulate.
hello visa coach .No father's name in certificat birth ? that problems ? in CR-1 spouse visa ? thank you ...
Sorry, don't know enough about your situation to give an answer. Suggest you speak with your attorney, or the consulate, or whoever is either working on or processing your case.
Hi Fred is the receipt number different from the case number or both are the same
If from USCIS then the same
Hello, Visa Coach im interested and I need your help with my wife's petition.
I can certainly help you. Please send request describing your situation to info@visacoach.com and I will reply with details on the process and what I can do for you.
I am a US citizen and getting the paperwork ready for my husband to come over here from Australia. If I have an old criminal background, will that stop my husband from coming over here?
Depends on how onerous the crimes were.
Are you an attorney?
I am not an attorney. I am a "lay" person able to help with the preparation of documentation to pursue the administrative process of immigration. I am bonded by the state of California. If you seek legal advice, you should reach out to an attorney.
Hi wanted to ask is it important to add wedding photo with the package?
If you are applying for a spouse visa, typically some photos from the wedding would be included
hey visa coach i did my interview an January 11 2017 after interview the counselor took my passport and say everything is check everything is okay. but need a joint sponeor an he give me a 221g white paper asking for a joint sponeor an i submitted the documents by email as he ask.from January 31 2017 now I have bin waiting for almost two months. do u think my visa is approved?
an the 221g it say temperature refues .
What it means is that the consulate is reviewing the evidences you submitted, and reviewing your case in general. This is called Administrative Processing, and it can be fast, it can be slow, it can result in approval, it can result in denial. You and your fiance will just have to wait and learn the results. If more info is needed you should provide it. If the case is denied and returned to the USA, your fiance should reach out to me directly to hire me to reapply. Many couples who's DIY cases have failed, have come to me for help to reapply and do a much better job. So far, all such couples I have helped have gotten their visas. She can hire my services by calling 1-800-806-3210 or booking a consultation at www.visacoach.com/talk.html
Visa Coach why would he took my passport if the visa is not approved
No decision has been made yet. Not denied nor approved. If denied your passport is returned. If approved your passport with its new visa is returned. If not returned your case is still alive, still under consideration by the consulate. Eventually your passport will be returned, and on that day you will have your answer.
let me ask you something what if im liveing with people as my home address is that a red flag?or do i need my own personal home?
Doesn't matter unless it is ex-wife
Sir I have a relationship with a Ukrainian woman who I met online. I would like to bring her here but am not sure if fiance or spouse visa is the best approach so I will call you and arrange a consultation. Thank you sir.
Standing by.
thank you so much sir
i have a question . they approve me 1 September 2016. and im waiting right now and they don't answer me again . my wife she has only green card . how long NVC will answer her . please answer me sir
Your spouse should ask the consultant or lawyer who prepared your case to bring you up to date with the process of your case. Sorry, I can't make any comments as I don't know any of the details.
Visa Coach for example if she will pay for lawyer ..will be easy ?
Again, I have not information about your situation, so can't tell what is easy or not easy.
My husband is unemployed, our application is in NVC he is required to submit Affidavit of Supporr but he does not have income. He is caretaker of his ailing mother who is receiving monthly pention. What are the chances?
if he or his co-sponsor can meet the financial eligibility standards, then that requirement is passed. If not then the whole application fails.
Is dependent academic documents required for visa processing
Only for work or student visas.

Sorry to hear you have run into trouble. If this was a DIY case, well try talking with US immigration officers to resolve your problem. If you hired professional support, ask your immigration consultant for his advice.

How much would it cost when we tap you sir in our spouse visa... I'll be very happy if you will reply this comment on mine. Thank you.
My service to provide FULL support for a spouse visa is $1,095
is it going to be harder to get my fiance here if Trump is prez
Each case I work on, I apply a higher standard to prove that the couple deserves their visa. Regardless of who is President, I am confident my couples will have no problem.
How can we call you or contact you in simple way any other number to contact you..or in personal any office here in philippines?please we need your help.thank you
Ask your American partner to contact me at www.visacoach.com/talk.html, or 1-800-806-3210, or info@visacoach.com
Hi i'm married with my husband he is 81 and i am 35 years old.. Can our big age gap be a problem in my petition?we are married for almost 8 months
A significant age difference can certainly be a problem. It is important that your application does a great job to overcome that "red flag" by showing many proofs of why you are a bona fide couple and why the age difference should be ignored by the officer. Proving a couple is genuine is one of the areas we at VisaCoach are most strong in doing. You will be best served to ask your spouse to hire Visacoach right away to guide you successfully through the process. He can reach us at 1-800-806-3210 or www.visacoach.com/talk.html
Ok tnx.. We've been living together for almost 2 years.. He almost stayed he're in the philippines.. And we got married last july 20,2017

Hi, my husband is a US citizen (by birthplace) but currently living and working here in the philippines (dual citizenship). We're planning to get a US spouse visa for me. My question is does he need to go back to US first or we can file for CR1 visa while he's here with me?
Thank you!
The American spouse does not need to go back to the USA first. The application can be made from outside the USA the two of you can wait together for the visa to be granted then travel together to the USA. I have helped many Expat couples do this. I was an expat myself, applied for Joyce while we both lived in Hong Kong and we both came together to USA. For more details -> www.visacoach.com/apply-spouse-visa-outside-usa.html
Hi visa coach good day i have a question for my k1 visa is denied what if i found a new fiance and get married to the other guy it is possible effect to my new application CR1 visa ? Thank you i hope you read my message and answer my question
If you change partners like changing your socks, that will put into doubt how serious you are with your current partner. So yes your romantic history, especially that part of it that resulted in making applications to US immigration may come up, and may caste some doubt about the bona fides of your current relationship. If you were my client I would spend additional time providing solid proofs of bona fides, as well as explaining why THIS relationship, this partner is a "keeper". Good luck.
You mean sir i include letter if i file to the USCIS explaining why i chose this man as my husband and i will provide more proof im sure this relatioship because we plan to get married after covid 19 . Thank you very much sir. My last relationship is a lot of miss understanding.
Is that ok sir if i get married with him for first meeting we chatting now almost 6 months .and we plan to get married by June or July depends the virus is gone because of the crisis our schedule of meeting each other is cancel, and he finally decide to get married. Thank you and have nice day.
I can not say "what is ok", that I guess is the opinion and decision made by the officers that review your case. The work I do is all about helping my couples present their cases in the most favorable light, to sway the officers to make a positive decision and grant the visa.
Thank you visa coach
Hello visa coach, I got married in the Philippines in 2014 n file finance visa for my wife n her six year old daugther in 2015. I already paid their visa n we got approved. I don't know what I need to do next. Can you tell me what I need to do? Thanks JM
Married then fiance visa? no that does not sound right. If you applied for a valid visa and got approved, best you follow instructions of the consulate that issued the visa. If you need help, I can study your case documents and provide you advice. this is called One to One support. Send email to info@visacoach.com for pricing, terms, and how to place order.
hello Mr Fred, i would like to ask you if the victory of donald trump in presidency would effect on fiancè and spouse visas for muslim couples ? :(
Yes, I expect there will be an overall tightening of visas issued to muslim couples. Each case I work on, I apply a higher standard to prove that the couple deserves their visa. Regardless of their religion and regardless of who is President, I am confident my couples will have no problem.
thanks for your answer Mr Fred! how can we follow our case with you? my boyfreind lives in New york, shall he come to your office ?
I help clients who live all over the world and all over the USA, very few live near my offices. We rely on internet, email, telephone and postal mail. I have many clients from New York, I can help your fiance too. Once he is ready to get started he should contact me and book a consultation. He can do that at www.visacoach.com/talk.html
