They seem presumptuous, which makes me wonder if your answer doesn't "fall in line"with the norm if that's considered a yellow/red flag. For instance, 105. What are your wedding plans? Which is followed by questions of grandeur regarding the whole process. Does that mean something as simple as "meeting at the courthouse" is a bad answer, or would it be acceptable? I understand the common ceremonies and typical ventures involved with getting married, but would keeping it quick and simple be seen in a bad light? Might be looking too far into this, but for something this important it's never too much to prepare for.
Answering the question with truth and details is essential. However, demonstrating that a relationship is bona fide, by your actions is also essential, and it is best that the couple act in accordance with what is normal and expected for their culture and financial status. So, if it would be normal and expected to have a grandiose wedding, then for a couple to match the appearances of what was expected, then yes, they would be better off going the grandiose route, or failing that be able to explain in detail why they took a different path.

I don't think US immigration will learn about or be interested in her dispute with landlord. However HER government might be interested and restrict her from leaving. Signing a one year lease at such a late date in the process doesn't sound like such a good idea. However she can ask for an extension and delay her interview, and also delay taking her medical, then the visa she gets would be valid for 6 months from the date of the medical, so she could probably coordinate and time things out so that she can leave at the same time the lease expires.

It is a function of how solid and verifiable the income is. Someone on commision sales, should have a larger margin then someone on Social Security or pension.

Hello @visacoach Sir, On June 21 2019 they received our request for Evidence which was passport size photo of both partner is for spouse visa and said they will mail a decision and we are waiting for decision to come from USCIS. On November 30 2018 we got mail saying they received our case, it's taking almost 8 months for uscis processing time. How long should I have to wait please sir give me some good advice.
Delays due to you not sending in a complete application, add time to processing. Normal USCIS processing time without such mistakes is typically 6 to 8 months. More mistakes, then that time is added to the total.
If no repeat mess ups with providing the correct documents, probably in about 3 to 6 months from when you submit your correct documents to National Visa Center.
Hello, I have a question, so my fiance is here in US and he is on k1 visa and he had written on his his paper everything was good with the address, however, I'm on government housing and when he came to fill out an application here at my place, they said he's not eglible to live here, so my parents are willing to let him stay with him and I still keep my own place at government housing, but the problem will arise when we fill out for AOS when we both have different addresses so will this be a problem if we are married and live separately? How do we go about doing this?
US immigration does not count section 8 housing as public benefits (Yet), so you and your spouse living there is not an issue for immigration. As far as dealing with the landlord to allow you spouse to live with you, that is another issue, outside of immigration's concerns.

If the couple can convince the reviewing officers that the relationhip is bona fide, and all the other eligibility requirements are met, then it is "possible". You should refer the American woman to contact me, as "possible" is rarely enough. My counsel and support improves possibility of success, especially in cases of "red flags".
Hey Fred, is it true that the petitioner can be present during the interview? Also, have you had any cases where the petitioner joins the beneficiary at the interview and the interviewer questions the petitioner too?
Whether or not the petitioner is allowed to attend the interview is up to the policies of the individual consulate. If the petitioner is allowed to attend, sometimes he or she are asked questions, and sometimes is only allowed to watch silently while the beneficiary answers all questions. What I do is make sure each VisaCoach petition, anticipates and answers all the critical questions when the officer reviews my "front loaded" evidences. That way while it is nice for a petition to be present, it is not necessary.
Sorry to hear that. All questions about past criminal history need to be answered honestly. Certified arrest, court and probation records will need to be presented.

I received my 129F packets in my home and when I look the date will gonna be expire within a week. I am not ready yet the doc's that I need to submit before the due date. On June 21 2019 they received our request for Evidence which was passport size photo of both partner is for spouse visa and said they will mail a decision and we are waiting for decision to come from USCIS. On November 30 2018 we got mail saying they received our case, it's taking almost 8 months for uscis processing time.

Delays due to you not sending in a complete application, add time to processing. Normal USCIS processing time without such mistakes is typically 6 to 8 months. More mistakes, then that time is added to the total.

Hello, I have a question, so my fiance is here in US and he is on k1 visa and he had written on his his paper everything was good with the address, however, I'm on government housing and when he came to fill out an application here at my place, they said he's not eglible to live here, so my parents are willing to let him stay with him and I still keep my own place at government housing, but the problem will arise when we fill out for AOS when we both have different addresses so will this be a problem if we are married and live separately? How do we go about doing this?
US immigration does not count section 8 housing as public benefits (Yet), so you and your spouse living there is not an issue for immigration. As far as dealing with the landlord to allow you spouse to live with you, that is another issue, outside of immigration's concerns.

If the couple can convince the reviewing officers that the relationhip is bona fide, and all the other eligibility requirements are met, then it is "possible". You should refer the American woman to contact me, as "possible" is rarely enough. My counsel and support improves possibility of success, especially in cases of "red flags".

Hey Fred, is it true that the petitioner can be present during the interview? Also, have you had any cases where the petitioner joins the beneficiary at the interview and the interviewer questions the petitioner too?
Whether or not the petitioner is allowed to attend the interview is up to the policies of the individual consulate. If the petitioner is allowed to attend, sometimes he or she are asked questions, and sometimes is only allowed to watch silently while the beneficiary answers all questions. What I do is make sure each VisaCoach petition, anticipates and answers all the critical questions when the officer reviews my "front loaded" evidences. That way while it is nice for a petition to be present, it is not necessary.
