    Yes I do have all of these symptoms and I'm often considered lazy and compared to other people. Everybody just barks at me without listening to what I've got to say. Went to a psychiatrist and it's the same story just sleeping pills. The list will go on. Sending love and prayers to my fellow mates who are going through this phase.❤

      Exactly Even I've gone to psychiatrist bt it was of no use she suggested me some pills n charged huge fees for 15mins session 🥺

    I always feel that I m looser in my life .
    No body cares for me.

    Effectively explained in simple terms. In this fast paced world, we all are becoming self absorbed. No one has time to tend to other's psychological needs. The social & cultural structure that could provide inherent discipline to prevent such problems, is no longer together enough. I think, psychotherapy has a huge potential to offer solutions to many problems.

    I lost my gf (I thought future wife) and daughter, job, crashed my car, live back at my mums, lost my temper felt so down, angry alone. Woke up all times of night spend my days walking or driving long distances to clear my mind listening to vids. I refuse to let it beat me but I’m struggling to snap out of it and it’s really detrimental to me and others around me. I’m usually so strong but this has really really beaten me to a new level

    The thing is, I know I need therapy but everything suddenly came crashing down regarding my family, friends, everything. With my loved ones being either hospitalized, dealing with economic problems, mourning someone's death, dealing with their own mental health issues I just don't wanna throw in a "Hey mom, so I think I need therapy because I've been feeling worthless for a very long time and I've reached a point where I'm starting to think of commiting suicide". Medical system is bonkers on my country and pretty much collapsed where they aren't attending anyone who doen't have Covid. So yeah...I'm screwed

      It’s okay to feel not okay....actually there are lot of people who really care without any selfishness becoz they have faced it so they can understand but who never felt anything like this they can’t understand......but don’t worry everything will be alright you can reach out to someone if possible otherwise you r your biggest counselor🙃

    Maam i cant cry from last 5 mnths! I was introvert bt accidentally I made my self more extrovert, cool for being happy! I hve no idea that what I am doing, evn i cant think anything, i am afraid to thinking! I cant sleep, infact sleeping pills failed! I dont know, somehow I lost myself

    I have a problem that while talking to people I get blank.I feel very anxious. In my college also when I am working on a new project or when I try to do something new I get nervous, anxiety and my breathing become faster I start overthinking. I feel very under confidence and I am forgetting things I feel that my memory is becoming low day by day.

    I am having that same symptoms of feeling anxious throughout the day even at waking up , but I am helpless I can't afford counselling expenses 😔 feeling very low .
    If possible in future I will surely try to provide free counselling to people who can't afford it as I am feeling that pain.

    Thankyou ma'am for your description when we need psychotherapy , ma'am I have been suffering from Bipolar mental illness over 30 years , but never had psychotherapy neither my psychiatrist said you need a psychotherapy ,just administrating medicine or review medicine . but my condition remain same , I go for a long walks and workouts which relaxes my mind and emotional state , however after hearing I probably need psychotherapy ,

    I don't have any friend to open up my emotions, feelings and even the things I love and admire the most. My parents also never listen to my likings, craziness about the things I love even though they are not big, like I can't express how much I love bts and want anything related to my craze. This hurts me the most. I usually get hurt when I try to behave like an adult being a teen, so I try to act like a kid. but I can't do it either. I don't even have the rights to express my feelings in MY home!!! Please help me out with it, mam. and sorry for the mistakes in English

    One thing which can help is to find that will power to live and stop too much thinking and focus on the task at your hand. Believe me. Try to focus on one thing at a time because logical thinking takes a bad hit. I had to find energy even doing 2+2. Dont know how i remembered graduation level stuffs as i suffered from it in my third year. It really helps even a little. Make sure your brain continues to function and always try never to lose grip from reality completely. Accept that u r not normal now and embrace the flaws. Self encourage helps like remembering the thing which u studied, crossing road on ur own, pouring a glass of water always give a pat on ur back. Meanwhile try to find your own space of happiness. Stop expecting from people. Appreciate life the way it is and ofcourse try to improve it and stop stop judging.

    Hi I am 17year old need your advice. I have developed emotion like when I get angry i make my legs finger cross each other same whith hand . It doesn't mean to cross all finger . I mean half finger tilted. I also had a disorder in which I consumed 8 spoon salt when I get scared or stressed out. A lot of study work impact me , and in my family whole members fight all day I even can't share that I want to see therapist. It's just whole a mess for me. After so much my dadi has cancer. I also like feel very bad for it. All day I mean they all fight , it impact my studies and if i get less than80 percent then they scream on me only. I hate them

    Hello mam
    I feel many times that I m lonely and my family members are affected by my nature.. 6 month before I deliver my baby and and from 5th day of delivery I am on leveticeturim tablet ( anti seizure) after deliveryni feel so much changes in my mood.. sometime I am so happy sometimes I am so angry.. sometime I suddenly cry.. I overthink about the relationships.. sometimes I think that I lost my life soon and my baby is so small so I she manage without me.... what to do mam please reply.. also feel many thing which can not be described in the comment box please help me out what to do now... 🙏

    Whenever I feel extremely anxious. I go to Mc D and gab the burger. Feels little good. Sometimes it helps but what to do with the problem I have

    I'm taking medicine over 6 years. My neurotransmitters level is in unbalanced. My thought is dull and negative. My past ulter thought is n hated in my thought and feel sadness.
