    What is Depression? Depression is one of the commonest psychiatric disorder or mental illness. Depression in young people is becoming increasingly common. Many a times, individuals are not able to identify the symptoms of depression. In this video, Dr Praveen Tripathi talks about depression in Hindi and explains the symptoms of depression in Hindi. The important symptoms of depression incude excesssive sadness of mood or मन की उदासी . It is important to differentiate the sadness of depression from the routine sadness that is a part of normal life. Another important symptom of depression is loss of interest in work. Excessive crying, insomnia or sleep disturbances are some of the other symptoms. Many a times patients have thoughts about self harm and may infact attempt it. It is important to make the diagnosis of depression as soon as possible and start the medical treatmet of depression which includes use of antidepressants as well as counselling or psychotherpay sessions.
    डिप्रेशन क्या है ? डिप्रेशन एक आम मानसिक बीमारी है जो की females में ज्यादा पायी जाती है . डिप्रेशन young लोगों में तेज़ी से बढ़ रहा है . कई बार लोग डिप्रेशन के लक्षण को नहीं पहचान पाते हैं और बीमारी ज़्यादा बढ़ जाती है . इस video में , डॉ प्रवीण त्रिपाठी जो की एक वरिष्ठ मनोचिकित्सक हैं डिप्रेशन के लक्षण , डिप्रेशन के कारण और डिप्रेशन की बीमारी के इलाज के बारे में बता रहे है हैं . डिप्रेशन के मुख्या लक्षण है , मन की उदासी रहना . डिप्रेशन में होने वाली उदासी , आम ज़िन्दगी में कभी कभार होने वाली उदासी से अलग होती है . इसके अलावा डिप्रेशन में काम में मन न लगना , बार बार रोना आना, नींद न आना और भूख न लगना जैसी दिक्कतें भी अक्सर मिलती हैं . कई बार मरीज़ों को अपने आपको नुक्सान पहुँचाने के ख्याल भी आते हैं . Depression की बिमारी को जल्द से जल्द पहचान के इसका इलाज़ करना ज़रूरी है . डिप्रेशन के इलाज़ में antidepressant दवाई का इस्तेमाल और काउंसलिंग की जाती है

    I was also in depression and was getting panic attacks but I started reading bhagwad gita and watching videos on it by Amogh Lila prabhu and iskcon I also got rid of it and I came out of depression when it seemed to be impossible but bhagwad gita really takes me out I came out of depression in just 4-7 days. And I get to know that the main root of depression is mind and overthinking our mind us not in our control, we think that we are controlling our mind but reality 100% opposite. After depression I started practicing spirituality and gave my boards and gess what my percentage was increased by 20% just because of Bhagwad Gita by A.C Bhaktivedanta Swami Srila Prabhupada. I will recommend to read Bhagwad Gita to everyone who are suffering or not suffering from this situation. Thanks to Amogh Lila prabhu and Iskcon

      @@Explanation_girl Reduce negative thoughts with a simple practice. Your breath is directly related to your mind [brain] causing negative thoughts-anxiety. For a relaxed life sit on a chair, back straight, eyes closed and observe the sensations of your incoming--outgoing breath at the entrance of the nostrils for around 5-10-15 minutes or more. Don’t fight your thoughts. Slowly the mind will relax. No deep breathing needed. Day or night, when taking a walk, when reading, on the phone, before sleep etc sit or lie down and observe your breath. Like me, make this a lifetime daily habit to have a good life. Avoid constipation as it affects the mind instantly. Best wishes Shyaaam Sir. -Counsellor.

      @neet dropper The difference is that no counting or deep breathing is needed---just focussing on your natural breath--anywhere-anytime. Since many years I have made it a habit to observe my breath sensations even during my normal activities and I am feeling relaxed and healthy. Anywhere-anytime it can be done. Even now as I type this msg I am observing my breath sensations but not continuously. The best part is nobody comes to know that you are doing the breath observing practice as there is no deep breathing or sound. Reduce watching negative social media and avoid constipation as it affects the mind. If you have issues of overthin king and stress read my msg and do the practice regularly. Best wishes.       @@yuktasingh6126 There is a solution to every problem if there is a desire and determination. . For a relaxed life without anxiety sit on a chair, back and spine erect, hands on your lap with palms upwards, close your eyes and do nothing. Be still without moving and observe your breathing and body sensations for around 10-15 minutes. What is important is to be as still as possible. Plenty of thoughts will come but slowly negative thoughts will reduce or vanish slowly. The mind is reprogrammed. Do twice daily or as per your convenience.       Ajay, Dont waste time over Sushant Singh--Police are taking action- Focus on your career, job, and financial growth. 2021 will be a boom year. Do the following meditation daily. Watch "Vipaasna 10 minute meditation videos in Hindi or English" on You tube and follow instructions. Tension and stress will go away. It is very simple. You have to focus on the incoming and outgoing breath breath so that negative thoughts will reduce. First watch the Vipaasna Hindi or English videos on you tube. Do this practice daily--if possible morning and night for 10 to 15 minutes.
