I would get rid of 1 sink in bathroom and put combo washer/dryer in there and a coat/broom closet next to frig. Also murphy bed in bed room so could have work space during the day.

This is very nice. The well thought out wash/dryer space was particular plus. Many park models don't have them now, to make room for loft stairs. That bathroom was beautiful !, and the L shaped kitchen counter divides the living area from kitchen nicely.

This is such a great home, and really the one I'm most interested in. Just wondering if a porch would be possible here, and also if it can come with the furniture that is provided in the other homes. The versatility of this model is truly outstanding though.

I really love the open concept and pretty much everything in this house. Though I did notice that there’s no place to plug in the TV in the living room. The outlet on the side seemed a bit far and would expose the cords. Otherwise I only would change the black light fixtures to either a silver or an off golden color.
Actually the plug in would be in the entertainment center so your cords are hidden.

Beautiful home. Love the finishes and bathroom! But, it's too small for my needs. I would love this in a 16-18 wide and a little longer with a little larger form factor in the bedroom and living room. I need a king bed and space for a kitchen table.

These tiny houses are very nice, but for the very high cost of them, it would be a great deal cheaper to buy a fixer upper in a nice city and neighborhood and rehab it. Which with the house and rehab together would be about 50K cheaper than these tiny house models, depending on where you go. So what I’m trying to say is that the high cost of these fancy tiny homes nullifies the whole point of downsizing to something tiny and living cheaper.
What you've said is true, however, there are advantages to having a park model. My husband and I own additional acreage in Texas, but we didn't want to simply build a second home (who wants to clean or maintain the property on a second home when you're supposedly getting away for the weekend? 😉)
So, years ago, we started checking into these. The second reason for these being an option is that because they are 399 sq ft or less, and on wheels (no matter if a permanent wrap around porch is built to enclose it), the house is classified as an RV and a license is bought for it, rather than paying annual property tax. The acreage is still taxed, not the home. Hope this gives you some insight. Take care!! 🥰
This tiny house is to live a no debt lifestyle. You have to have a certain mindset, to live this way. I am in LA,, tiny homes are used for the homeless. That's great, and it's about time the Homeless got moved to the top of the Housing priority.
The window in the bathroom does it open up ? And also can you get a seat in the shower with grabs bars.

I would lose the breakfast bar and install a pull out table top to free up the room for more walking space. I'd get rid of the extra large entertainment center against that wall and use the space for a couch or 2 chairs and a small coffee table that has built in storage and mount the tv/computer screen on a wall. I'd put in a walk-in tub w/shower head accessories and lose the double sinks and install a combined washer/dryer set there instead. The bedroom I would remove that broken up double closet/little "dresser?" mess to make the bedroom longer and install corner closets to give the room a bigger feel. Also install a Murphy bed that has shelving for holding a computer, printer, books, etc on the wall when bed is hidden so you have an office or large room for other purposes. I have seen these Murphy bed wall units and they are brilliant! Space is a premium and should be encouraged. Sooo much wrong with that house that could be redesigned with a better floor plan, IMO.

Yes it is doable. you would loose the washer/ dryer space. You do have egress in the bedroom for escaping if needed.
Living room and bedroom are non existing. Great layout but needs to be about 6 to 8 feet longer to have those 2 rooms livable

OMG I LOVE THIS TINY HOUSE... Been watching a lot on you tube and personally I think that they are way too tiny but this is perfect and have a lot of space the only thing that I would change is the cabinet I want them white...THATS IT.

How much delivered to flagstaff az? Can you guys install a security door at front door? Able to get rid of the fireplace? Able to add wood stove/protected backsplash? To heat the house with? A single sink in the bathroom, square basin, can you also move washer dryer to bathroom in place of 1 of the sinks? In place of washer dryer space in hallway, can you leave it open? Would love to install a Liberty brand safe in that spot! Would we be able to get windows/doors with blinds in them? Are we able to get house partially setup for solar?

These homes are gorgeous but they kind of miss the transient spirit of the tiny home movement. What I'd really like to see is what you could do with an off the grid model, especially if it's light enough to tow easily.

“Rainforest shower head”
Space could be much better optimized: 1) kitchen cabinets near the door eliminated and replaced with a small extendable dining round table; 2) entrance door should be opened from the outside and not inside for being able to accommodate dining table; 3) gain more space by eliminating the kitchen counter that, because of the round kitchen table, wouldn’t be needed any longer; 4) eliminate window over the sink in order to accommodate the above mentioned eliminated kitchen cabinets; 5) eliminate “fire” place to gain more space in the already very restricted living area. That space could be used instead as a little office corner and the TV could be placed directly on the wall above the office; 6) reduce the size of the fridge from a two doors to a one door and utilize, along with the space were the washer and dryer is, to build a closet/storage (space, is known, is never enough, especially in a tiny house! Moreover, the architect didn’t foreseen at all any space for storing cleaning appliances such as vacuum cleaner, brooms, iron table, etc !); 7) eliminate one sink in the bathroom to accommodate washer and drier; 8) eliminate shower and replace it with a bathtub (bathtubs can be used as showers too. Not the way around); 9) arrange cabinets on the wall above where the head bed is supposed to be.
Why is the living room sacrificed ?
The living room is where the entertainment center is. It looks spacious enough for a nice couch.
You can build an all-season room off the entrance if you want a spacious living room
Can a bathtub in
Swap the Electric Fireplace for a Ventless Propane Version, and convert the Kitchen and Hot Water to Gas, as well. Absolutely ZERO changes needed in the Bath and Laundry.
Why is there no dishwasher in this house
Living room looks small. I don’t like that the new models do away with the table and chairs. This was the nicest bathroom I’ve ever seen in a park model.
I know what you mean. That living room is small. But the bathroom is bigger than the other models with the loft. You have to decide which is more important to you. But really till you spend the money on one of these homes plus buy a lot to put it on, electric and water hookup you might as well just buy a regular house . Not to mention the money to have it shipped to you.
I have some really good ideas four floor plans for tiny homes. But nobody ever wants to sit down and listen

2 full bedrooms would be better. Downsizing earlier these days obviously, sometimes there's the last child almost grown but not ready to leave the nest.

You're supposed to be able to maximize space in Tiny homes and this waste so much useful space. Not a good layout/build
Drawers ... need only one sink and drawers on the other side in the bathroom. Medicine cabinets are skimpy.
Decent looking tiny house, but zooming in and out on the same place for so long doesn't make it look any better. Move through the house faster with less zooming in and out so much.
