I love this tiny home, but I agree it needs a space for a washer/dryer. But it has plenty of space options for my clothes and shoes. Who says I need to downsize that stuff! LOL.

I think the micro could sit next to the fridge n use that space. Yes you lose some counter but you have the island.

Finally!!! The video of the entire house. I'm gonna build something like this with my husband. This layout is my most favorite among others and it even has a loft!! Just the perfect layout for us and our cats. Just need to put a washer dryer combo in one of those cabinets.
TS 0:30 Having outside storage is an absolute must. You made it so accessible. I think the pull out trays you mentioned might be preferable. TS 1:54 Lifting the living room and putting more storage underneath is a stroke of genius.
I totally agree with you on this, as I live between the beach and the Indian River and own one kayak and 2 paddleboards. That under storage is just what I need, although I think I would want the trays to make getting them in and out easier. The raised living room also made this look so much more like its own space and sets the area off so nicely... plus storage is always good anywhere! The only things I would change on this unit would be to add a spot for, or even the stackable W/D as well.... that is a must for me. I would also want to add a dishwasher as I have lived on a boat and in an older park model for years without one and I really miss that! Lastly, I would love to see a tub/shower combo in the bath being a female that likes to have a nice soak sometimes. I would hate to lose that great counter apace in the bath, though, and I am betting you would have to. Otherwise, this is just what I will be looking for in the next 6 months to a year. I am going to see if they have newer videos of similar models today. Honestly, the only deal breaker on this model for me is the lack of W/D. I cannot stand using laundromats!

Love that the microwave is not over the range. Sink really needs to be larger if possible. Area for laundry is needed otherwise perfect.
These RV style tinys are much better designed than actual tinys

@@gigics1612 It would take place of one of the cabinets in the bedroom. That's the only place it can go in the lofted version.

This has got to be the cutest tiny home I've ever seen!!!! It needs to be just a little bit longer in my opinion to get around the kitchen island a little easier. That would also make it possible to place a washer/dryer somewhere. Love this floor plan!!!

I absolutely love this tiny home! It was really clever putting the lounge up some stairs as it makes the home look loads bigger than it is. Kitchen beautiful and usable, lounge big enough to be comfy and looks like a normal lounge with a proper sofa, decent bathroom etc and all looks great quality. If I lived there I'd buy like a shot - wish they had ones like this in the uk 😢😢

Definitely needs a space for a stackable washer and dryer, but otherwise, it’s a nice house. The black trimmed windows and tan siding is very attractive; the microwave isn’t above the stove, which is so convenient. Love the raised living room; it’s cozy and intimate without feeling claustrophobic... and there’s no wasted space; there’s an abundance of storage space everywhere, including the loft.

Very nice home. My only complaint is that I do not like to look at a wall when at the kitchen sink. Prefer to have the sink in front of a window or situated such that it overlooks the kitchen.

I love it! Would love a nice deck and a screened-in porch. Perfect!! I might like a built-in desk somewhere--not sure where and a built-in alcove bed would be nice in the bedroom. Finally, someone out there has a reasonable vision in regard to layout and storage.

This one is the most beautiful floorplan. I love the raised living room. I'd change that storage in the hall near the bathroom from a pantry to a washer and dryer. And make a smaller tall pantry door somewhere else possibly?

My husband and I are actually planning on building our own tiny home and renting a lot in Ashville... or you can always move to Texas, there are plenty of options when it comes to parking your own tiny home or renting a mobile home there since tiny homes are legal and are welcomed in Texas. I would use the living space as a workout space.
Now just a place for a washer and dryer and my dream tiny home is that.
If it's set up / parked in a mobile (tiny) home park - there would most likely be a shared laundry room for those who lived in the community ... ☺
Thing is, some parks have gotten rid of their buildings that have the washer and dryers. Too many outsiders coming in to use them. Especially when they are free to use.
And who wants to carry there dirty laundry out, and clean laundry in, especially in inclement weather. Your clean clothes will get wrinkles just from that. It is much more convenient to have a stackable washer/dryer, and be able to hang your cloths up fresh out of the dryer.
@@pegb716 I used to when I didn't have a washer. I did it in a five gal bucket. Then after washing them. I timed it for when my man was home. So he could haul them outside and I had those racks you can get at a camping store. I also used to use the bushes in front of my condo as well.
He has said and notated that a stackable washer and dryer can be put in if wanted. Have a great day.

As with all of these tiny houses and new homes, they all look great brand new.but come back in 5-10 yrs. it will looked lived in too just as mine or yours did after we bought our homes.

I am in a 950sq ft apartment and this tiny home has more kitchen counter and bathroom counter space than my place. Even the bedroom is more spacious than any of the bedrooms here. Now, there are a couple of things that I would change: I have a 75" TV, so I would need to make that fit, and then in the bathroom, I would much rather have a bookshelf over the toilet than a cabinet. Or change out the floating shelf in the living room for a floating bookcase.

There's ways to put a washer dryer in there I've read a lot of comments so just wanted to let you know and also the tiny house manufacturer also said you can put a washer and dryer in there
Nice model but like so many others have said, it needs to have a W/D hookup somewhere. The bathroom appears to be the only option but it's already super-tiny. Also, the kitchen sink size is a deal breaker all on it's own. Lastly, the outdoor storage doors need to have locks.
Love the floor plan. Agree that a washer and dryer would be really nice and quite necessary. The one thing that wasn’t really shown was the front door area. Is it just a patio slider?

The ONLY 2 downsides to THIS MODEL is 1) No dishwasher and 2) No washer/dryer!!! Absolutely LOVE the raised floor!!!

The first word that comes to mind is "cramped." Only the living room is roomy enough. If I were buying this I'd drop the living room down to the base floor level. This would get rid of the steps (bad knees) and allow for extending the kitchen into that space. A bigger kitchen would have room for a small dishwasher, and I'd move the microwave oven to counter top level, so it would be easy to reach. A bigger kitchen would provide room for my 5 counter top appliances, and a place to put the kitchen table. There would also be room for a combo washer and dryer. It would also allow for moving the back end of the kitchen forward enough to make the bathroom a little bigger, so I could have a shower stall big enough for my tub chair. Unfortunately, I don't see a way to make the bedroom less cramped without making this RV bigger. I'm not going to call a place this cramped a mobile home. Because it's basically cramped all over, it really turns me off. Looks nice, but so does a fancy coffin.

Counter tops looked cheap and the outside storage doors should match the siding color so they don’t stick out like a sore thumb. Beautiful though.
