Almost perfect!!! Needs a dishwasher. Id take the little shelves for my dishes in exchange for a draw style dishwasher. Finally, the most functional tiny home buit with style, class and beauty!!! Just a thought....can french doors be an option than the sliders? Also, can a electric heater be built into the space below the t.v. in the living room area? Oh, and can a decorative free-standing tub and tile be done in the bathroom? Its just a personal option because I dislike the fiberglass showers. A tiled shower without the free-standing tub would work for me as well. Absolutely love the wood and choice of colors that was chosen to use. That along with several other favorites has inspired me about buying a tiny home. Thank you for listening to your customers requests. That means a lot!

Amazingly Beer Can, Same model as they started with in the '60s with the new Vaulted ceilings...Still not using ship lap or sheet rock tape and texture...At least they are not still using that 1/8th inch Luan paper covered paneling..

I hear it’s hard to find park sites that allow them. Wish I knew why. These would be great for many young and older vets! Vets have been interested but want to live in a park community. Can’t find them and don’t know how. VA
need to look into this. Or, maybe this company needs to take initiative and get involved w VA!

I'm finding that is slowly changing. Mostly because some psrks have old single wides thst need to go. It would look better if they allowed this then had small outside areas for gass fireplace or seating area.
There are plenty of options of park communities in Texas actually as tiny homes are legal there and are welcomed. Also Florida and some other states. You just have to do your own research. My husband and I are actually planning on building a tiny home and moving to Ashville NC to park it.

This is cool but I definitely need a lift area for storage or for kids bedroom. I think if a small loft was put over what is the living room this would be perfect. At least for me it would.

French doors would be better than sliding. And more prettier too.
Looks nice, but the bathroom is too cramped. Like another poster said, Is replace some of the drawers in the kitchen with a drawer style dishwasher. The skinny full height ones are too narrow for some bigger dishes, pots, and pans, but those drawer style ones are wide enough, and also tall enough for one rack of even bigger stuff.
Putting the water heater in the dead corner was a good idea.

Does the sofa and bed comes with it?
What about caulking around the outside windows and siding? Easy fix but beautiful overall.

I would remove the upper cabinets that makes the kitchen feel claustrophobic. It cuts off the spacious feeling. I would sacrifice storage for a more open concept. I think it just cuts you off from view to living space.

I HAVE SO MANY QUESTIONS.....like where can I live in one of these ......love the lifestyle and I would be happy this is like a dream come true for me but I'm told most states won't allow tiny living or it's not suitable for city living can you recommend a book, a site, or you can tell me where is this allowed ...I live in New York and I want to live in Florida can these beauties be put in a regular neighborhood or do I have to do a trailer park.....see I'm confused LOL.....thanks for your help in advance...because most videos shows you the homes but nothing no info......like can I buy this and put this behind my mom's house and help her pay the taxes ????
Many places do not allow tiny homes. You would have to check with the county in Florida where your mother lives and see if there is a place zoned for tiny homes. Ideally a nice tiny home community or par-model park is where you would put one of these so you could hook up the plumbing and electricity.

jesse contreras - It depends on how restrictive your definition of a tiny home is. Tiny homes are morphing from be traveling vacation homes to a home for permanent living space outside of a trailer park.

Wth a 30 gal water heater is a joke for real. Plastic plastic plastic everywhere . not enough kitchen counter for work space. Sliding glass door as your main entry is a Big No no for me. Put the fridge back in the kitchen

It’s under 400 sq ft... or right at it.. I think it depends on where you live, but even regular houses under 600 sf or 800 sf are labeled as tiny.. I would love to find a tiny 2 bed 1 bath single story ranch house someday..
