I love this one. I would change the colors and add a porch-deck, but nothing else. This setup is perfect.
Beautiful Tiny Home - Great Tour. Quality you can see - great details. Pitch on roof w/ over hang well thought out your roof is everything. Like the extra axel feature too. Pointing that out is great info. Also the option to have less windows. Have a great weekend.

You should try installing an alternating tread staircase. they save a good amount of space and are easy to climb.
I absolutely love the spacious thoughtful design of this home and quality finishes. It has beautiful windows in the living area, a very usable kitchen with a nice cooking triangle, and a lovely airy bedroom. I especially like that the ceiling is vaulted in the bedroom and living and kitchen space. I like the bathroom design and love the window. Unfortunately you didn't discuss the shower ceiling height and I could see it in the mirror and it's unusually short. That would be a concern for tall folks and the inevitable splash against a low drywall ceiling and walls are a moisture issue waiting to happen. A short shower needs to be fully enclosed. What is the height from the shower floor to that low ceiling?
The small loft doesn't intrude into the living and sleeping space and is great for storage or an occasional guest and the stairs look nice and safe. Could it be glass enclosed with its own hvac for greater privacy?
I'd want to add only two things to this home - a transom window over the refrigerator for more light and a small dishwasher. And probably a porch built late off the entry side. The only thing it's missing is a coat and broom closet for a vacuum cleaner and cleaning supplies. That would require some ingenuity with the uneven walls in the storage nook. Could a door be put on it at an angle?
The extra eaves are so important for rain control - bravo! - and there's nothing sturdier and more beautiful than hardiplank.
All that said after looking at hundreds of these, this is is by far the nicest one I've seen.

Nice home. The only thing I would change is the heating. I would have propane not electric heating.
Very nice. I would have liked the electric plug under the kitchen sideways then add more windows in that area. I have always loved the three windows over the sink in the double & triple wides but never see it in a tiny home because they put cabinets. This would be a perfect opportunity. Yes, that empty space does need another pantry. Love the countertops and cabinets.

Nice concept about 12 inch overhead hang, but how long has it been tested, and proven to work over 5-10 years? I've seen the ductless mini-split heating and air in South Korea apartments. How well does the heat circulation work when reaching the floor since heat rises to the top, I have pet concerns? Pocket doors are an old concept, but works well for these homes.
I love the packet doors better than the barn doors because you have more room to hang up pictures

Sherri henry - why would a loft be wasted space? If you don’t want it they leave tue space open where you can’t put anything there. I don’t understand your reasoning. I would use it for storage.
Yeah, I want everything on one floor to. Especially as you get older if this is your forever home, you want to be able to access all parts of it?

And there’s no family history of anything that you can avoid. But it’s so many variables what it is going to be a time where you won’t have to worry about getting older, getting sicker, ever die, and you can live forever.

This is a really lovely tiny home. I just wish someone would come up with how to put a small wood burning stove in the living room. Because if push comes to shove and it's cold outside I want to be able to keep warm. 😊❤

I wish they could make tiny houses just a little less tiny and a little larger for maybe another $30,000 or so. One that is maybe $90-$100 K and an additional 300-400 square ft or so. I would totally consider one then.

I like how it's designed for mobility. Imagine being a truck driver, taking your house across the states on vacation.

Can it be full size washer dryer with linen closet and then a slide over library style ladder to the loft? How long is the wall from the peninsula to the front windows (where a couch would go opposite the tv.)

This hardly seems like a tiny home with all the natural light and the vaulted ceilings gives it a sense of grandeur. Everything looks very high quality. It may be something my husband and I consider purchasing once he retires. We won't need house as big as the home we're currently in. It would depend a great deal on the delivery/hook-up costs.
