Ronaldinho is considered the most skilled player in history. conquered many important titles in its peak that unfortunately lasted only a short time. He does not have a career like that of Cristiano and Messi. But at its peak it was the best the world saw with the ball at its feet. his charismatic and Brazilian way enchanted the world. Because Brazil is considered the country of football. It inspired players, it won everything a player can win. made history in the selection where he won a World Cup (most important football championship). He's a legend.

Ronaldinho's greatest legacy is how he showed the world how joyful the game of football really is. He smiles when he wins, he smiles when he loses. Heck he even smiles when he misses a penalty kick. That's to show how much one can love football beyond the fame, wealth and achievements. And he's loved by so many because of that, and the game of football continues to be the most popular sport in the world to this day.

He was a modern day Garrincha. Great dribbling skills and the same care-free attitude. Garrincha didn't even know a lot of the time who he was playing against, he'd ask at half-time: who are we playing? It didn't matter, for him it was all about the joy of the game. This is why Brazilians nicknamed him: Alegria do Povo (the joy of the people).

Everyone loves Ronaldinho. When Ronaldinho scored for Barcelona against their hated enemies, Real Madrid, the Madrid fans stood up to applaud him. I’m a Barcelona fan, but I know that Madrid fans only accept the greatest. They are kind of self-entitled like that, but it also means they know pure gold when they see it. Plus Ronaldinho’s attitude to the game is uplifting.

15:40 - That goal was on 2002 World Cup Quarter finals against England. He tricked everybody (even the goal keeper) that he would make a pass, but decided to take a goal shot and what goal that was. I remember seeing it live on TV. He is the GOAT indeed.

Ronaldinho's first big club was PSG. In many interviews you will hear him credit Jay Jay Okocha as almost a big brother and looked up to his skills dribbling the ball. There are a few videos on youtube for Jay Jay Okocha. Check em out. He was one of the first with this much style and flash in the early 90's.

Ronaldinho is one of the greatest players of this century. At FC Barcelona got to his peak, and it was simply unstoppable. As a Barça supporter you just could be thankful for having him on the team and to be able to watch such an amazing player. But Ronaldinho himself meant a lot more in FC Barcelona. He became the symbol of a change, a new era of the team, after 5 seasons of mediocre players and coaches, and the team barely making it to spanish league access positions to european championships. After 5 terrific seasons, you had a player in the pitch who was just simply having fun playing football, smiling, dancing and reminding everybody how fun football could be, no matter how bad the past seasons were. Perhaps Pep Guardiola's FC Barcelona is one of the greatest teams in football history, but without Ronaldinho wouldn't been possible.

Exactly. He was on top of the world. Won 2 world cups. And for his time Barcelona was the greatest. Of course I would of paritied he nothing else to win. He had won everything. Like how much more can you prove lol. Messi and Ronaldo wish they had what he had. And he did it in a shorter span. Gave the best 8 years of his career and then kicked back.
