    The Crossbar trick isn't fake...and he did 4 times in a row. Many people used to say that it is fake...until he did it in a game (before the game started, you know, when the players are preparing). He did it because the other team supporters (it was a their stadium) were saying very bad names at him...then he did it and made the supporters start to cheer on him....insane dud!

      His name is Ronaldo de Assis Moreira. Ronaldinho Gaucho was his original nickname in his Gremio days but later dropped the Gaucho when he went to PSG. Some people still call him Ronaldinho Gaucho afterwards cause he became a worldwide star Gaucho is not part his name, it means little Ronaldo from Rio Grande do Sul. Gaucho is a name for a skilled, brave and unruly cowboy in South America.

      Dude were talking about hall of famers level defenders that Ronaldinho has sat down in these clips alone. Nesta, Cannavaro, Gattuso were defensive legends in their own right and on the same team but made to look like little kids chasing a pro. England/Liverpool captain Stevie G tripped over himself. John Terry the next person to inherit the England captain just watched him dance around his whole team, including Portuguese legend Carvlho. He lobbed David Seaman, the Top English keeper in the last several decades during the world cup game.
      He wasn't just on another level, he made legends of the game look like amateurs and just clowned on them.

  • @DizzyMakavelli
    @DizzyMakavelli Před 6 měsíci +10

    In Brazil (inho) means little.
    Ronaldo (the phenomenon) was called Ronaldinho in Brazil.
    Once Ronaldinho came to the picture. A famous Brazilian commentator refused to call Ronaldinho Ronaldo.
    So Ronaldinho became Ronaldinho Gaúcho.
    Gaúcho is because of the part of Brazil he comes from, the south.
    In Brazil you have 2 Ronaldos, the Portuguese one is Cristiano.
    Ronaldo, Ronaldinho and Cristiano Ronaldo.
    That’s why people say the real Ronaldo is Brazilian.

    Neymar never really reached the level of Ronaldinho, and the Brazilian league is not a retirement home, it's easily a top 4~7 league and definitely the most competitive one in the world, it's just too offensive, so guys like Ronaldinho, Romario and others were still able to thrive even though they were older because they focused only on offense. Can focus on numbers/statistics all you want, and how his career went, it doesn't tell the story and its not equivalent of actual overall ability. There are a lot of variables there. I've yet to see anyone like Ronaldinho, to this today. Not even close. Of course Messi is one of the GOATS and is up there, just different style, but still.
      Ronaldinho had pretty much every attribute at unparalleled level. Control, dribbling, tricking that is actually effective and not a gimmick, physicality, precision, amazing goal scoring ability both with power and technique, same with passing. He was pretty god tier at every aspect. You just don't see that. So many things he did that you never see and how well rounded he was, was insane. It's like having an MMA fighter that is super top tier at striking, wrestling and bjj. You don't really see that.
      There is too much fanboyism and tribalism in football to have objective takes in vast majority of cases, sadly. (I am not a football fan, though I used to watch quite a bit, had friends that were huge into it also and made me go to games)

    In Portuguese, "-inho" is a suffix you add at the end of any word to make it "small" or "little." "Robinho" is in fact small Robson. We use nicknames for everybody, nobody cares about family names. Using last names is not a thing in Brazil, unless it is funny or sounds cool. "Fabinho" real name is "Fabio". "Ronaldinho" is little Ronaldo, etc. You can also use "-ão" to do the opposite. "Ronaldão" means big Ronaldo. It would fit better CR7, and distinguish him from R9.

      Portugal is like Valencia in Spain, a very very small country, a state of Spain but that mixes the language that is spoken throughout Brazil and we love them as brothers more than the Argentines for example, hence the historical duel Pelé VS Maradona Brazil vs Argentina. and cr7 combines everything, the humble gene of a poor portuguese from an island of madeira with half spanish brazilian blood and with a character only worthy of jordan and kobe, ronaldinho with a 1% mamba mentality cr7 would have been the best in history, This video proves it, it only motivated me with a video, only cr7 can, Messi, a genius to me same level but NO carisma,it is not the same, he is a crack but CR7 is Ronaldinho in the 99.0 version in every sense,he is LeBron with the skills and mind of Kobe. If it were not like that for him, it would never happen If I had seen the NBA, I understood that what greatness is here in Spain is racism and envy and that is why people like me watch your videos, I like them and I try to make more friends by watching the NBA and not football.
