Hello ma'am my wife is pregnant of 9 month .she does all the exercise of third trimester..But today certainly she feel pain in her Abdomen...So we took doctors appointment...Doctor said that everything is okay ,there is nothing to worry..doctor prescribed one kind of pain killer ..so if she will feel pain again in her Abdomen, she can take the pain killer..my wife's delivery date is on 10th October..so can she do the third trimester exercise daily until her delivery???

All this wrong m doing lots of exercise home work for normal delivery but in last movement I had c section cozz of my pelvic area small So it's not compulsory that exercise is good for normal...is all depend ur age and pelvis area as it simple ...

If you are not fatigue you can do this exercises twice a day. Start with 5 repetitions then as per your convenience you can increase it till 15 - 20 count.
