Question for Coach & Claudia: my right shoulder had a previous rotator cuff tear. If healed without surgery, but there are certain moves I still cannot load with a lot of weight. Is it better to load both shoulders with the same amount of weight, or should I go to the maximum weight I can tolerate on each shoulder?

Unfortunately you can't spot reduce fat, so working out one area of your body really hard doesn't help to remove fat in that area. We recommend dialing in your nutrition by eating at a calorie deficit and total body HIIT's as the fastest way to shed fat all over your body.

I did this workout with my Apple Watch and looked at how many calories I burned and it only was 11 does anyone know why this is the case. I felt like I was doing all the moves
That's a problem with the watch not tracking your heart rate correctly. Make sure to click on the exercise app and start a workout
