I love this workout and the tabata style. I get bored easily, but this one is great. The last set is a killer. I can manage to do this with my kiddos and I already see progress doing this workout 3-4 times a week and eating low carb. Thank you ❤

I used to do your workouts all the time and I eventually stopped and tried other workouts. I thoroughly enjoy your workouts. It is the first at-home workout that I have found that actually makes me sweat! I use it a couple days a week, on the days I don't run. I was wondering how many pounds your hand weights are. I know everyone should do what they are comfortable with, but I think I would find it helpful to know the range of weight you use. Thank you!

HASfit you are Amazing I excise to you and your friend all the time I never had weight I always kept myself well .i was one time many years ago training people to keep fit well since my operations I put up a lot of weight because I couldn't do Cardio or walk much I was 15stone 15Ib and a quarter I lost 3stone in 8weeks because you gave me that strength to get up get back to my self and fight my body's pains keep up the good work Hasfit and as you say we probably swear at you and that's true I do be talking to the TV ha ha

Great workout. As always these compound moves (especially 4 sets) are killer. I always have to go several pounds lighter. I was a sweaty mess. There is a cardio factor in these as well. Very efficient. Loved it.

Actually, they have an app in which you get the 7 day trial for premium then you can screenshot all the names in the monthly calendar workout and then watch all of them in order because they are all on youtube
