Always use distilled water with coolant never use mineral water coz even though it appears clean it has added minerals which will result in deposition and damage the parts in long run
And one more thing if you observe closely ford has clearly mentioned to use only 5w30 synthetic oil in the engine cover and clearly they understand it better try using the shell ultra it is a gem of an oil u will feel the difference immediately and one more thing it costs only Rs 1300 for 4 litres at the Ford service
Don't misunderstand me I have a ford ecosport titanium plus of 2016 which has run 95,000 kms am speaking out of experience.

Its better to use synthetic engine as it cantains many type of addictive and detergent formulation which results in cleaner and sludge free engine environment and using an mineral engine oil in a high combustion diesel engine is not an good idea as it cannot with stand the high temperature in combustion chamber

Yes, it's not recommended to use normal water to topup coolant. Distilled water is always recommended.

Clean your EGR valves bro...its best to lift the engine and do it...It should be done in the time of major service,so that you can cut down labour cost.

Oils are designed to last for more than 10000km.
Its better to change oil before 10k km.
Take the example of toyotas , 10k km oil change and maintenances helps to last for lakhs of km
Toyotas are japanese they will last long and also there oil grade is 5w30 which last for 10k kms.even though sluge gets stuck inthe engine..its better to change in 5k kms for mineral oils as standard.thats what he said..the more the oil drain period..the more the sludge deposits inside engine
