- This week, Jason is joined by reality TV personality that you all know from MTV’s Jersey Shore, Angelina Pivarnick!
Angelina joined the cast of the hit reality show back in 2009 for the first two seasons of the show, and has since returned to the franchise spin-off Jersey Shore Family Vacation for the past six seasons. Although Angelina and the cast of the show received some criticism from media outlets everywhere, the group became a pop culture phenomenon with people all across the country. In fact, the show gained recognition internationally which resulted in 10 other countries creating their own version of the show over the years. Angelina has capitalized off of her success from the show with various brand deals, making appearances on other reality shows, and even pulling her entrepreneurial skills by creating her own false eyelash company.

Angelina comes frim a dysfunctional family . She is pretty much a little girl desperste for love and acceptance with a sprinkle of mental unstability. She lashes out and rough around the edges with a pure heart and sensitive side. I hope she find unconditional love and have that securty of feeling content and safe
People what to say she not good person and that she lashes out and get upset look and what she be thought if I was go through all the things she was go through I would be that way to and if her mom would have told her the truth about her dad then she might not be like that and her mom has no right to be made she has a right to know the truth

I never think Angelina is a Villain from the beginning, Mike the situation & Jwoww are the pot stirred 🐍. She never wrote the letter to Sammi, make a Plot, and Physically kickbox anyone. Angelina is Very Blunt, conversational and beautiful girl. She’s easy to talk to but the rest of the JerseyShore Crew wasn’t ready for her bluntness and flaws 💖♥️💖 #TeamAngelina

Honestly I see my old self a lot in Angelina so I have such a soft spot for her. After hearing this episode I definitely want to learn to give people more grace and love bc we never know why they act the way they do.

Angelina has borderline personality disorder ,instability rage jealousy drama queen fights all the time cheating lying etc....playing the victims all the time ,she need to quit the show and go see a psychiatrist to get diagnosed...and go seek help in therapy ( borderline comes from trauma when you are a child)
I ❤ Angelina! All of the personal stuff that she has shown on the show makes SO much sense as to why she is the way that she is. She seems like such a sweetheart at her core, I hope that she does some soul-searching and healing, because she has so much potential to have such a happy life. I really wish her nothing but the best.❤
That’s so wrong that her mother did her wrong like this and then now won’t talk to her?! It’s because she doesn’t want to explain herself to Angelina or admit anything, how sad! How could you do this to your daughter? She had already been through it finding this news out, then her mother abandons her during this? I feel so bad for Angelina
Angelina needs to do more of these. I feel like you can really see her on a deeper level. On the show, she’s misunderstood and the way they treated her after all these years, I feel is way she’s always on a defensive mood.
I was so anti Angelina when Jersey Shore first started but I feel like she’s a changed person and Snooki and Jenni are such mean girls to her and paint her to be such a bad person. They can do anything they want to her but the second she defends herself and speaks up, they make everyone turn on her.
They actually don’t. When was the last time Jenni said anything about Angelina first. Jenny responds but Angelina every time provokes jenny. She draws her out so she can look like the victim.
I'd have to disagree. I think Jenni doesn't trust her, which is reasonable. I genuinely think Nicole likes Angelina. If you can tell the different vibes when all the girls are together, and when it's just Ang, Nicole, and Deena. It's always fun seeing just the three girls together without Jenni cause they look like they let their guards down, and they just have fun.

Especially in the 2nd OG Season, nicole and jenni were so fake and mean to her. Angelina actually had a point almost everytime she was involved in drama.
I feel so bad for her, especially her family trying to play victim. This was a gift, it’s not like she was seeking this.

And, I find her way more attractive when she carries herself with this demeanor. Mom is just mad that her dirty laundry is out on display if she'd told you the truth this would've never happen and your sisters are loyal to mom and thier Dad so it's actually pretty normal reactions. But now you can rest. And if mom doesn't come around then perhaps it's for the best. That lie was for her best interest not yours.

I can’t say because I haven’t looked into how old Angelina’s sisters are or how old her sister from her bio dad is, but, assuming they’re all around the same age, someone was probably cheating ? The man who she thought was her father was in jail the whole time and Angelina’s mom had her while her assumed dad was in jail. It could mean Angelina’s mom was seeing someone while that man was in jail. But since her mom won’t say anything 🤷🏽♀️

Haven’t come across you before, but nice podcast Jason! You’re a really great listener of your guest’s answers, as opposed to just thinking about your next question. I’m watching this at the same time Season 7 is ending, & it’s such a contrast to how stressed & ill she appears to be on the show. She’s entertaining, but I hope she learns to become more introspective - she should never have spoken about Sam’s finances the way she has.

Mike did NOT put a good word in for her. If anything, what has been learned from the seasons of Jersey Shore, is that Mike, says one thing to a person's face and says another when they are not around.

JS cast can be so cruel to her for the exception of Sam. Sam seems to be the only w brains & common sense. The hating on Angelina over every lil thing is old. Jenni needs to get off her high horse. She refused to speak on her personal life/divorce. What Jenni expects out of others she doesn't hold herself of the same standards. Jenni is a true adult bully! She thinks she is better than Angelina. The girls will find out she was innocent of some drama they start, get mad at her & instead of apologizing they still find a way to deflect & blame her. I do think for Sam's well being to now shouldn't come back. He is abusive to women which I knew he was since the original jersey shore. It's dangerous. And the producers will do anything to get the best episodes. Angelina is totally edited to make her look bad. Which it's sad 495 production is grimy. No way after original jersey shore and this series most of them are worth only 4 million or they aren't getting paid to what they should be. They were the highest rating show on MTV and other reality shows are getting paid more. Even a million per season bc they claimed it was 105k to 180k. All the seasons of both shows 13 seasons. They should be worth 14 million. How only 4?
I've watched regular Jersey shore and family vacation the second that the girls made a messed up speech about her I stopped watching family vacation. You know it's one thing to add one or two jokes and then be kind but they were not kind at all they were just evil. But I do feel like without Angelina and bringing in the drama and all of that they would be no family vacation if she left it would be one boring ass show. I feel like most people ignore how much some of the other cast is a bad influence and promotes alcoholics. Angelina is truly misunderstood. She is a caring person and just wants love. I saw the episode of her father and I'm worried about her. Her apparently biological father all he did is kept talking about her money and while I wish I had this and wow I wish I had that and I think that he's going to use her for money it was a little obvious. I am worried about her and I think Mike opened up a can of worms that might actually caused her severe pain which I think Mike did that on purpose. see Mike acts like all the drugs made him a horrible person and he's better now since he got clean which I don't think is true and his wife causes a lot of drama as well. Actually his wife and Mike are the reasons why I stopped watching along with the girls at the wedding.
