In my region none of our adjusters handle any of the invoicing or anything. They send everything to their third party reviewer who is already biased anyway. What if they decide that they do not want to review that because it is not an xactimate format?

i'll write that thing by hand..they have to accept it. there is no law that says it has to be used
If SF paid in full, then your mud was less than their Xactimate sheet, so they entered your mud as a bid item and laughed to the bank
