@@Maxx-kq5qh yes I am mate, I'm changing my schedule to 3 alternate days a week, instead of 6 days a week as it was getting pretty exhausting.

Pushups:2sets of 25
Leg raises:2, sets of 25
Pull ups:2sets of 12(pause at top and bottom)
Squats:2sets of 50
Full bridge:2sets of 15
Twist holds:hold for 9breaths
Wall handstands:goal 60secs
This guy has something thats too hard to achieve a clear mind i can see he doesnt watch that stuff he doesnt drink smoke he doesnt hide anything hes a pure man so rare
13 people were so tired after this workout that they missed the like button.

I’m 13 and have literally nothing to do in quarantine so I’ve been trying to just stay fit and healthy. This guys workouts are perfect. They’re challenging but it feels rewarding when you do better than the last day. I can’t do the pull-ups cuz I don’t have a bar and im scared im gonna fall if I do a handstand. So I’m working towards doing the push-ups, squats and the leg raises :) hope you’re doing well

When doing leg raises, it is very important to keep the belly button sucked toward the spine. Otherwise you get the vertebrae of the spine being. pulled sideways.
