Can you tell me how to remove the relays? I've tried by hand and with a pliers and only succeeded in pulling the red cap off.
U need needle nose plyers
I got 2021 promaster for my fleet and I put a camera on then the blower motor stopped working , I tested the blower separate and it's working, now I think the switch is not working but there js lighg on it , no power to the power motor , any info about it
Check fuses and relays
@@RBTheMechanic the problem I did check all of them , I checked the blower then I used my autel im608 to test the switch and they're fine , the code that I got B1919-14 front blower regulator (linear driving) circuit open or short to ground .
@@zaynehm2444 u might have electrical trouble might need some diagrams and good Electricison might not wanna tackle this one urself
@@RBTheMechanic I took it to the dealer and they said it needs ecu refresh cuz of the intelligent fuse box lol it didn't work ,well I used an old school way and I fixed it ,it took me 3 weeks 😅

Could "no heat" be connected to blower fuses/relay or that's something else?
No heat or no air at all?
@@RBTheMechanic no heat. AC at 1st too, but switched 7.5 fuses & it started working.

@@RBTheMechanic I forgot to add the white plastic lever above the gas pedal is not moving at all when I shift the temperature. I tapped it with a screwdriver few times, but it didn't fix it so was wondering if fuses/overlays have anything to do with it & if not then what do you think it could be? Faulty blend door motor?
@@JKLOPQ if that’s the blend door motor then that’s the issue I don’t have too much software data on this truck but u can manually try moving it and see if that works
Hi. My 2015 promster ac just stop working. No light on the swiches or anything else. Looks like its dead. Not. Blowing air at all. When u ouch the middle one for AC that light not coming in. What u think my problem is ? Thx in advance
Start with fuses check the fuses
@@RBTheMechanic I tested as I see in your video its seems all good. Also when is the headlight is one I dont see any lights on manual climate controls...
@@littleche7676 check all other fuses there’s also fuses inside left side lower steering there’s screw u remove and take out the cover and fuses are inside also on the wall back on passenger seat

I have a 2016 Dodge Ram 2500 Promaster. The AC doesn't work! Not sure whats the problem but from what I know, the driver side dash, where it shows the outside temperature has no digits. Before when the thermostat showed numbers, the AC would blow COLD air, but now no numbers show on the thermostat, therefore, no COLD air coming out from the AC. The AC button lights up itself, just no COLD air! What would you say the problem is? Im thinking a fuse maybe, not sure if that's the case! The whole AC system works, just no COLD air because of the thermostat showing no digits!

I watched another video and I they stated that it was the thermostat sensor on the driver side mirror. That sensor isn't working from what I know, because it isn't showing any digits or numbers on the drivers dash. No outside temperature, just empty lines. When there was numbers, the AC worked! So should I just swap the thermostat sensor first? TIA!
