Not sure but he aint the guy in the video they showed, voice is way older.
Dont see why would you use CS market instead of overs? Especially in shown game where liquidity was non-existent. Poor odds lead to lost edge. Also risking of immediate second goal. Getting in a trade at bad odds and then exiting again at bad odds.
