I’m vegan following whole food plant based oil free diet and I eat very simply, potatoes or rice and vegetables or salads on the side. My guys enjoy meat with that & it’s easy to adapt. 💕 no need for complicated time consuming dishes

I've had my eye on a linen dress for months, but like you, just don't feel inspired to buy/use one right now. It's nice to know I'm not alone!
We do beans and rice every week, too. It was fun to hear your ideas. I love OSG cookbook. Got it from your recommendation. I find cashews in the US are expensive. Maybe I need to try buying in bulk or something but we don’t eat them too often. I tired her burrito recipe with cashews and I want to try the curry one next. Thanks!

So. She is actually a rescue tortoise that my oldest son, Britton (who is studying wildlife biology at university! ;)). When we were camping the owners of a little restaurant had Eleanor on their property but she was covered with ticks and really unwell. So Brit asked if he could take her home and help her get well. They said yes! ;)
