That is amazing! Thanks for the instructions! now I just have to find pig skin locally. You make it look so easy! I hate getting bagged pork rinds and they are already a bit stale and lost the crunch. I used to buy "microwaveable" pork rinds, but the oil in them were sometimes rancid or they all would't crisp up enough so half were still chunky dried skin instead of crispy puffy. I just got a used toaster oven with fan , i guess that makes it convection, and I can see the difference it makes in cooking things crispy like.

Gotta represent! 😂 Ketchup, bbq, and sour cream and onion are my fave flavours! You can always buy pork belly slabs and remove the skin. Use the rest to make bacon 🥓

I’m assuming you can use Bi which already is cooked, all you would have to do is dehydrate and then either pan fry or air fryer?

That was my exact question! Thanks so much for asking it. Man, living here in €hin@ i can get pig skin super easy and likely cheap. Dude, there’s a million meals I can make with this and since I have healthy oils, I can make this and a whole bunch of things to go with it and not feel like I’m doing dirty keto.

Pork rinds is one of the best keto snacks. It’s a great substitute for something crunchy if you are on a keto diet. Do you ever wonder why some store bought brands taste better than others? It’s all in the preparation of the pig skin!!! Learn how to make your own delicious version! In this video, I made ketchup flavoured pork rinds for my fellow Canadians. Never tried ketchup flavoured pork rinds? You should! Or, you can make Carolyn Ketchum’s easy bbq sauce and it will work just as well!
*If you can find French’s ketchup, it is the only low carb brand that uses stevia as the sweetener. Other brands have sucralose, which I do not recommend, so I will not be linking it.

      What's wrong with sucralose??
It has no affect on my blood sugar
And is cheap and tastes like sugar easy to make into a liquid sweetner

Can i use cow skin for this. In my country we put cow skin as part of protein in our meal. And i can easily get dried ones in the market. But i dont know if it will work for this.

I feel like such a dork.... on/off keto for 4 years and eating and cooking with pork rinds but never really knew it was pig skin. Boy do I feel stupid and now grossed out.
I used to make fun of my husband's culture for eating cow and goat hide.... all the while I was eating pig hide.
