This is fascinating, is there companies who implemented the role of "Talent Data " analyst?

I find her proposal very contradictory and to be honest dangerous. On one side I can see how it would help business on another side how the person who left organisation could be impacted since would be assessed by employer who just lost an employees. She said that organisation could also use the info of why employees have left to make improvements in organisation. Then I have a question what the reference about them leaving would say about them. So if company is bad and you left what would it say in big data? Very subjective and bias so far, i can see the potential but execution might impact a lot of individuals. My hobby have changed, my circumstances have changed, anything, will big data follow? By the way I think she could have dressed more professional. She is beautiful and good figure but she looked to me in that red dress as if she arrived to evening cocktail party but by no means to presentation in mind. My opinion.
