  • Staff development works best if there is a process behind it - rather than leaving it to individuals or to chance. Here we set about describing the 9-box and 4-box models of development.
    We discuss the idea of talent and discuss whether it's right that some employees are 'talent' while others are not - and investigate what to do with those designated talent and those whose talents lie elsewhere.

    Thank you for the video, I think you mixed Box 2 with Box 4. Box 4 should (Average Performer). Box 2 should be the (Inconsistent Performer).
