    I've always imagined retirement as a big vacation. This video really opened my eyes on the reality that is never talked about by society, how it can lead to depression, worthlessness and identity crisis. Amazing presentation

    Great talk! People with that profile have so much to teach and try out :)
    I thought the topic meant that the younger generation is wasted because they always ask for 3+ years of experience in every job offer when only older generations have it, therefore people doubt about the capabilities of upcoming professionals cutting every opportunity for them.
    I wish that those who are retired knew that ending something is not wrong and it can be a new opportunity for others as well.
