- Part Two of our Chi Kung Foundations Course. In this routine we focus on Tao Yin Qigong, or Dao Yoga, to Re-Shape the body, making more room for Chi, Life Force Energy, to move and circulate. The routine begins with Silk Reeling warm ups and ends with beginners Qigong exercises for centering and stress reduction.

New favorite routine❤. I am extra prone to inflammation due to poor detoxification processes so I feel like my practice needs more of this before I am able to dive deeper into energy cultivation. This is a gem with lots of stuff from your teacher certification course. Loved it! I will be using some of it in this week's class re spring cleaning and purging exercises. Thank you

Hi. Thank you so much for explaining each movement in such compassionate detail. I have been doing qi gong for a while now and I never knew what the 'bamboo in the wind' movement was! I did now know that we are supposed to naturally allow our bodies to be off balance and sway like a bamboo like that! As such, I have been doing that movement trying to be as stiff as possible! My goodness! This really changes everything now and makes this particular movement, and also the other movements, so much more meaningful! 🙏🩷

Love your classes but as a senior just starting my observation is from week one to two you went from starting to advanced much faster than I expected. Of course, I have to modify a lot anyway but maybe there could be a week one and a half…lol and thanks for sharing your amazing gift
