Meet Christopher Ward’s new, improved take on the retro dive watch theme. More sophisticated, more alluring and more capable than before, this new generation of the hit C65 range is no longer as closely associated with the C60 Trident Pro series of professional divers, and has instead earned itself a new, distinct identity: Aquitaine.
Named after the historic French coastal region that was home to celebrated undersea explorer Jacques Cousteau, Aquitaine takes design influence from the first modern dive watches of the 1950s, and launches with a confident three model collection: a steel automatic, a steel GMT, and a bronze-cased COSC version. Please do let us know your thoughts once you’ve had a chance to wear it, it would also be great if you could let us know once your video is complete so that we can arrange for the watch to be collected.

Just received this watch. It is out of this world. I love it. It is a beautiful watch. The price is amazing for such a top quality watch. Makes me proud to be English.
Congrats
The Aquitaine looks to be an incredible watch. Every element just oozes style and class. Unfortunate that only the bronze model gets the COSC movement, can't ever see myself with a bronze watch. Still, the green model looks very tempting. This is going to be a hit for CW I'm sure. It looks like it cost 3x the price CW is asking.
Thank you sir for watching
Stunning watch - getting one soon!
I love it. I like the move to having just the logo at 12. Such a great value at the price. In my eyes, it is begging for a Horween side stitch strap!!
Peter I was really impressed with this one, they listened to the Cw enthusiasts, very refreshing, thanks for watching sir.
stunning! They need to bring out a bronze strap like the bronze tudor, it doesnt have the same prestige without a metal bracelet for me!!
Thank you for watching sir, fingers crossed he comes on a bracelet soon.
@@deetimeloveshow Only issue is sweat and corrosion as you already can find yourself with green wrists. And that’s just coming from a C60 bronze with stainless case back…
But, this just adds to the living nature of bronze changing the colour almost every day a slight bit.
When it comes to clean, logical watch design, Chris Ward is first hog to trough.
Thanks for another review Dee!
It's was a pleasure to review, keep up the good work CW
What a beautiful watch, great video Deetime, Fifty Fathoms vibe love it in bronze and marine blue, great to see you are the first to review my friend, keep up the good work.
Thank you sir for watching
Nice review Dee, the watch certainly looks interesting and could well give some of the bigger brands a run for their money
Ella Nick, thank you for watching
Great decision on the logo and sapphire bezel. Definitely a 50 fathoms look.
Thank you sir for watching
Excellent unveiling and review, congratulations to Christopher Ward on the new C65 Aquitaine it's going to be a big success, thanks for sharing.
Thank you guys for watching
This bronze chronometer is gorgeous Dee
Thank you sir for watching
Wish it would be green dial with bronze bezel.
Beautiful watch Dee....Love the bronze case 👍👍
Thank you Alex for watching
Do you rate these CW watches? I like them
@@iannicholson2309 I love the last two generations of CW, they have drastically improved over the first generation Cws, the quality is great and the value is hard to beat.
Great exclusive unveiling here Dee. This CW looks rather nice. I’ve been a fan of Bronze Watches for a while now
The 22mm lug width is nice for people who like a chunky strap. The watch doesn’t grab me as too chunky though. Maybe because it’s not too thick?
The bezel on the steel version had me thinking of Zodiac Super Seawolfs. This does have more of a Fifty Fathoms on a budget look to it though.
I’m still adjusting to the hand set that CW use. One great thing that CW have addressed on the dial is the new CW ‘flag’ logo instead of the distracting written logo.
Overall this is quite a nice looking piece from CW.
Great review Dee! Keep them coming! ✊
Hey Thomas, totally agree and thanks for watching, talk soon.
Beautiful!
Thank you sir for watching
This is the one I like most, definitely, my favorite, would love a Gmt version of this, shame it's in bronze, two-tone on a bracelet would be interesting
Thank you sir for watching
There is a GMT version in steel.
She's a beauty in bronze great value 👏 👌 chronometer certified aswell CW are looking great, do they do this colour way in steel?
Sure do check the link out on the description
Would love this on a bracelet.
A cream date instead of white would've set it off. Still looks way better than my blue C60 bronze with the black date window. Whay can't these companies make the effort to color match the dates?! Also, wish they would've went 20mm on the lug width.
That's awesome... not sure I could ever buy a bronze watch though.
Thank you sir for watching
Video definitely adds some life. I like it!
Thank you sir for watching
would there be a bronze aquitaine gmt
?
wow I love this one, great review as always
Cheers mate
Superb watch this. Think this is the best colour combo as well, but I really wish it had the nicer looking GMT movement and I wish I could somehow stop it from patinaing lol.
Thank you sir for watching
Dammm I wished I ordered this not the Bronze c60, What a piece! I always wonder about how those domed crystals hold up from a tool watch perspective but if you say it's more robust im sold, CW fit my budget well,
thank you sir for watching
I bought the c60 bronze ombre green too, I love them both, but going to stick with the c60 as it's limited to just 500 pieces, so therefore a collectable
nice combo, I feel it will age well, im torn to this model and the cream dial GMT, thanks for sharing.
Thank you sir for watching
This is a stunner!!
Thank you sir for watching 👍
블랑팡 느낌도 있고.. 청판과 브론즈가 잘 어울리네요. 영상 잘 봤습니다!
Thank you sir for watching
Love it. Intend to get one.
Thank you sir for watching
That’s a beauty 👍🏻
Thank you sir for watching
