    I drink warm lemon water in the morning on empty stomach.
    And i drink hot ginger water after every meal.
    I didn't know that warm and hot water destroys the vitamin/minerals/benefit, etc.

    Boiling lemons toss in a few green tea teabags. Add a half tbsp of raw honey to your cup before or after you pour the hot water with lemon and tea. Now take your hearty toasted sourdough bread and put a whisper of your favorite oil olive on the toast. Do you already feel more healthy? I thought so.😁

I love both ginger and lemon, however I find that ginger irritates my throat because I have silent reflux ( LPR) Would you be kind enough to make a video on what natural remedies I could use to help my LPR?     Try this too ---- gently melt one cup virgin coconut oil , add heaping table spoon turmeric, heaping tea spoon ginger powder, tea spoon black pepper, tea spoon or more Cayenne pepper, 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves, 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg, drizzle over pecan halves, let cool then heavily dust with Ceylon cinnamon-----

    A miracle happen
    Went to use my bowel and saw drop of fat in the bowl water
    This the effect had on me clean the liver from fat
    I will keep drink daily to see more improvement on my digestive system

    I wouldn’t refrigerate it unless you don’t plan to drink it all when you make it…. the body doesn’t absorb cold water as efficiently as room temperature water

    I put lemon with skin and ginger in my Omega 6 juicer.
    I agree with everything but by eating less, if you don't eat your body will store fat for protection....eat smaller meals which will help you lose weight

      There is no set limit on this, drink it as long as you need to and it's making you feel good. Or you can cycle it and do it for a couple of weeks a few times a year. 💚

    I need you opinion on something. I had a upper endoscopy last week the dr said I had gerd and esophageal webbing. He put me on pantoprazole for it. I have used apple cider vinegar for acid reflux in the passed and found that to work fine. I don’t believe in meds and through keto and weight loss have been able to loss weight and go of blood pressure meds. I don’t take any thing other than that meds I mentioned and vitamin b12 ,biotin , protein powder and collegen peptide. Should I take the it , I don’t like it after reading all the side affects. Need you help
