  • For the sauce:
    soy sauce 2, chili powder 3, sugar 1, gochujang(red pepper paste) 1, Mulyeot 1, sesame oil 1, garlic powder 1, mirin 1, some pepper (that I forgot...)
    * All the seasoning is based on Table spoon.
    * Mirim can be replaced with soju or cooking wine. In that case, add a Tbsp of sugar.
    * Mulyeot can be replaced with Agave syrup or just sugar.
    * on medium/medium-low heat.
