Bibimbap + Doenjang Jjigae

  • For Doenjang Jjigae (Korean miso soup):
    onions, zucchini, mushrooms, spring onion
    water 600ml, 2 Fish Bouillon, Soy sauce 1Tbsp, Doenjang 2 Tbsp, Gochujang 1Tbsp
    * Cut the vegetables into the size you want
    For Bibimbap:
    onions, zucchini, carrots, mushrooms, rice (about 500g), Gochujang 2
    * Shred all vegetables thinly
    * Add a Table spoon of sesame oil at the end
    * Gochujang = red pepper paste / Doenjang = soybean paste
    * All the seasoning is based on Table spoon.
    * It's about 2-3 servings
