  • * Soak the glass noodles in hot water until the other ingredients are ready.
    * Cut all ingredients into small pieces. You can also add any ingredients you want (cabbage, mushrooms, shrimp, etc. )
    * I used agave syrup instead of sugar.
    * If you soak rice paper in water that is too hot (or for too long), it can easily tear. The slightly softer one is easier to form.
    * If the rice paper is torn while making it, you can add another layer.
    * soy sauce 1, oyster sauce 1, sesame oil 1, garlic powder 1, ginger powder 1/2, sugar 1, pepper, Starch 2. (I am not a fan of garlic and ginger so I substituted the powder)
    * If you like a stronger taste, increase the amount of soy sauce, oyster sauce, and garlic.
    * Goes well with spicy noodles ;-)
    * If you want to dip the dumplings in sauce: 1 soy sauce, 1/2 vinegar, 1 pinch of red pepper powder.
