Pho Bo

for the onion topping:
1 onion, sugar 0.5 Tbsp, salt, vinegar 2 Tbsp.
* salz → salt
Sauce: Bao Long Pho Bo (Beef) cubes
* 1 cube per 500g
* I'm not a fan of coriander and mint, instead, I added green onions.
* I used 150g of rice noodles
* Beef 300g
