haha most cars have this exposed, but the newer Lexus cars are keyless - this is just in case a battery dies and you're not at home where you can just pop in a new battery

Now I have a problem that the airbag light is on, the screen is dead and the ac only works in the back of the car. The car has been in the workshop for a month, they don't know what is wrong. If you know what it could be, please write they don't get an error code and don't know what this is

That’s right! You turn the key to the right & while holding it turned to the right you pull the plastic handle next to the door handle

Nope, if your car battery is dead, you can not unlock that car like that.
I think you can but it’ll only unlock the door you put the key in
