Fuck time to change my starter again I got mine from Napa they told me they have the best rebuild ones it looks like that’s bs it only lasted me a year but I least it’s lifetime warranty but it’s a pain in the ass to swap on my Lexus gs430
You should leave diagnosing to those who know what is going on. You had voltage and tried to jump a fully charged battery… Most people would just hit the starter one or two times to free it loose and get you home.
Can't believe I just sat thru all that just to find out it was the starter, I've replaced mine, not a reman, and car still won't start. So what's up?? Anybody wanna buy a Lexus??

Chevk your fuses and relays.
Make sure the ground wire is clean and connected to the frame.
Make sure your battery is fully charged and the terminals are clean and tight.
It's really not a difficult issue to troubleshoot.
Replace a new battery
