Thanks, I always wondered how my Carmel Ice coffee was made (the coffee part)
No problem
For more info:
All hot and iced coffee/espresso are unflavored. We make pots of hot coffee and bins of iced coffee.
To make flavored coffee, we simply add the appropriate number of either a) pumps of "swirl(s)" (sweetened thick syrup) OR b)pumps of "flavor shot(s) (unsweetened thin concentrated liquid)
When you order, for example, a medium iced caramel coffee regular
They take a medium iced cup, put some ice into it, almost fill it the rest of the way with plain cold coffee, add 3 pumps of caramel swirl, 3 sugars, and 3 cream. It is then stirred with a metal spoon and topped off with more coffee if necessary, and then finally it is shaken.
Alternatively, if you would prefer your coffee to be made with unsweetened caramel, you may request your coffee be made with the flavor shot and not the swirl. But if you do not specify that, it will be made with the swirl. (At least at all of the locations I have worked at.)

Or just start the brew in the container, and bring the ice over in a two gallon bucket. Then fill the emptied bucket with one gallon of water and pour in.

that is not how to make ice coffee, every thing including the ice has to measured. Ice is a ready to eat food and gloves should be worn when scooping it.

You touch the handle and then put that bacteria back into the ice maker. Also what's up with putting the wrong date and time to pass inspection. You need sanitation training.

Ummm I would love to know which Dunkin he works at so that I know NEVER to go there. This place clearly doesn’t believe in gloves or common sense
I tend to alternate between two dunks and go in rather than drive through. In both, the only person who wears gloves is the person making sandwiches. I’ve never seen anyone who makes coffee for customers wearing gloves in either.
