😲 I was taught for an Iced coffee small: 2 pumps of flavor and 2 cream if they wanted light and sweet 3 pumps of flavor and 3 creams and if they ask for more all you gotta do is listen to how they say it..... Like extra cream extra sugar, I would of just put more pumps in with more cream.....you don't put granulated sugar in a iced coffee, it's the liquid sugar if they did want sugar but like I said the pumps are the sugar! 😡😖 Managers teach All different types of ways good and bad and sometimes they force you to do it like that so they mess up the coffee....No coffee is the same coffee
When I stated to work at a dunking they barely gave me training they just said “alright here is your shirt and hat not to work” and I learn for my self I messed up sometimes but I learned from that

Their donuts are not freshly made. They are already premade and all they have to do is put glaze or icing on them. How do I know, I used to work there as a Shift Leader.
And not all dunkin donuts make them fresh, my store has an oven to.bake them every morning but others stores don't and they just get it deLivered in the morning. So basically if there is a dunkin hiring for bakers, they bake them fresh which is the overnight shift, but if they only hire for morning and afternoon, then they get them delivered in the morning.
You are Suppose to cook the eggs and bacon separate from the Texas toast. If you cook them at the same time the bread will be over cooked, aka burned. I know because I been working there for 3 years
Danielle Robinson this was my exact thought. I've been at Dunkin for a few years, and for two bacon and eggs the oven should be set somewhere around 35 seconds. Which would burn that toast....

+Gulsum E youll get there.. start off 1st at coffee youll be quick in a week.. youll even memorise customers drinks. . youll start picking up alot of speed before a customer ask for the drink do it ( if you remember the drink they usually order ) you'll get the line moving faster.. speed is the key ! then start memorising your lattes ! once you got all drinks down packed move your way into sandwich station little by little! youll get there in no time ! lol good luck 😊 I've trained alot trust me i know lol

i bet your talking about mocha. that shits hard. you gotta really work at it with the spoon just try to scrape it off the bottom and the sides and stir it real fast
Haha yeah I was talking about mocha. Now I just shake it for like 30 seconds and most of it dissolves. Customers have even complained to me how it gets stuck at the bottom :I
It really bothers me and he didn't stir the iced coffee with a spoon… I've never seen someone put the lid on and shake it… that doesn't actually work especially with mocha in there lol

Also I would personally rather them not use a spoon since most likely the spoon may have not been well sanitized, as its usually used over and over again and just rinsed off with water..ESPECIALLY at Starbucks. Trust me when I say this no spoon > spoon.

Well, why? So you can put a straw in there and get a big mouthful of sugar that's not stirred up? I don't see why that would ever make sense. Especially if you're putting granulated sugar into hot coffee, you wouldn't want that sugar all at the bottom of the cup. At Dunkin, if we don't stir it the swirl flavor goes straight to the bottom...
+brutalxlovexo We only used liquid syrup. The only time we would use something granular was for hot or requested(like Splenda). With the iced lattes the espresso would pretty much dissolve the syrup(w the help of swirling it) because it was hot. Usually we would use syrup for the iced coffees as well. Every store is different though.
I hated working at Dunkin dounts I worked there for at least a week they don’t train you they put you right to it and expect you to learn all the drinks especially in a morning rush but!
