Personally, I brew real espresso of 3-4 shots, add ice, and then a splash of milk/milk alternative. (If hot, a latte should have steamed milk with a little bit of foam on top.) Beans should be espresso beans and should be ground directly before brewing. This video shows instant coffee coming out of a machine and a crap ton of milk. It's basically coffee flavored milk.

Dirty hands shouldn't be on a cup to begin with. It's about the cup touching the ice, not the hands. Your hand goes just as close to the ice holding the scoop.

Wait? You guys actually stir the drinks? I've been to multiple Dunkin Donuts and nobody stirs the drinks. They always walked over to me doing this swirling motion with the cup. All the sugar and caramel is settled at the bottom.
I personally stir the drink because all the sweets and the coffee should blend together

This is my fave drink from Dunkin. I always get the Large Iced Latte with Caramel Swirl. It was cool to see how they make it because I’ve always wondered. Wish I had the machines to make it at home though! Thanks for posting this :)
Order caramel syrup off the internet, grab yourself some whole milk or whatever you prefer & some espresso beans, brew espresso at home.
Fill a cup w ice and milk and caramel, stir it on up and dump 4oz of espresso and boom enjoy
Get an espresso machine and you’re set for life

My location only does it if you asked. We would go through whip cream way too quickly if we did it on every drink without asking.
Pretty sure she said she asks for it. I ask for it everyday when I go and more than half the time they dont put whipped cream. And on top of that I have to repeat my order at the window even if I'm the only one in drive thru.

First off do not ever use the cup to scoop ice. Also a large iced latte gets 2 Small shot of espresso! You should not ever do that with the milk lo always use the settings for it wow

Latte’s are one size. Cappuccino’s are one size. Cortado’s are one size. Macchiato’s are one size. Please don’t listen to chain coffee stores like Starbucks or Dunkin on how to make actual coffee drinks.
