i had “training” at dunkin’ donuts about a week ago. nobody trained me. i had to teach myself. thankfully i had watched a few videos from this youtube channel. ive only been working about 2 weeks now, and i can say it is very easy once you get the hang of it. these videos are very helpful.

Thank you for this video I have been working at Dunkin' Donuts baskin rob for 2 weeks now a total of 8 days I start everyday at 5am and it's crazy busy and nobody has properly trained me on the register and the customers get so mad because I always ring them up and freeze up if it's something other then a coffee or donut!!! And they are so rude and always in a rush!! Ugh I hate doing the register it's hard when the line is constantly out the door .,
